Lies and excused.
The installation was quickly done. Scaffolders arrived at 11am on 9/01/2025 a day earlier than the original installation date.
By 6pm all solar panels, Inverter, battery and Myenergy Zappi EV charger were completed.
But…. the scaffolding was interfering with outer TV satellite single so I contacted UK Solar Experts aftercare team about the removal ofthe scaffolding as the. Job was finished.
On Friday 10th January the aftercare said the Scaffolders would be at our home to remove the scaffolding on the Monday 13th January. No one came !
Rang after care late Monday afternoon. They said the scaffold lorry had broken down !
Was then told scaffold would come on Tuesday 14th January so that morning I rang aftercare to check.
Was then told scaffolders had been sent on an urgent job but would be at our home by that afternoon. At 3.45pm on the Tuesday still no scaffolders !?
Rang aftercare AGAIN (third or fourth time ! ). Was told yet again the scaffold lorry had broken down !!!
Lots of apologies and excuses but no activity.
Now being told scaffolders will be here at 8am on Wednesday 15th January.
This company tells lies, makes excuses but don’t fulfil their promises.
If I had known we would be mucked about like this a I would not have paid the balance of the installation and equipment cost until ALL was done and dusted.
Be very, very careful of what they say and what they don’t do !
