Worst experience of booking tickets with them, specially if you are travelling with toddlers or children and need any assistance with seat choices. At the time of booking ticket they reassured that once the ticket is done we will be able to select seat but in actual you really can't even do a web check in as the tickets are a part of group booking. It is the least flexible ticket to have which gives the passengers no choice to select the desired seat, or do a web check in. Neither the airlines can do anything about it nor the travel agency helps with it. They kept promissing to arrange me a call back from their booking agents but i never got a call back, they were least cooperative in understanding my situation that it will be a traume for me and my fellow passengers if i cant book a suitable seat for me and my 2 year old daughter.

These guys are thieves I booked and paid in full for an emergency flight for my wife to see her sister's funeral.
They canceled the ticket and called me to pay another 207.00 to rebook.

Please stay away from them. They charged me $200 only for name spelling wrong.

Highly DISHONEST, never keep there words, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and BIG SCAM for holding ppl’s refund money.
I have booked tickets from them in March 23 and still waiting for the refund , they promised that I will get refund on 22 nd December 23 but no refund processed till Today 2024 .I complained to ATIA but still nothing , these ppl are shameless and don’t have any respect or empathy ,holding up other ppl’s hard earned money .. Should be reported and their licence should be cancelled 😡. Very Annoyed and dissatisfied, Never recommended them to anyone.

I would give zero star if I could. Stay away from this company. They changed originial ticket date and wanted more money. Applied sales pressure to quickly book with them. I was sold flexi tickets so I can easily change dates if needed. As soon as you need to alter anything they hit you with fees and say ticket is non refundable. They require communication through logging in to their chat portal for amendments. Poor after sales customer service. Very bad experience. I would not recomend to anyone to use this company.

Do not choose the website.
You will lost money, no refund after 2 months. Worst worst ever worst.
Sitting worst people and enjoying the money paid by hardworking people who booked the tickets. They enjoyed and blackmailed people, play with the emotions of needy people.

It was really a bad experience with Gauratravel. They took money for booking a ticket for my son but they forgot to book his seat. They don’t want to refund the money now. It is really disappointing. I am not going to contact gaura travel next time.

Great service and very helpful. Pratip was too good in navigating me through the website and making sure that all the requirements are ticked . Definitely a go to agency to meet overseas travel tickets.

First changed my tickets just before 3 days of travel and just dropped 1 email to inform no phone call at all and second didn’t not inform me about my flight is delayed. All other passengers got message from the agents but I suffered at airport with my young kids. I do not recommend to buy tickets from them.
