Excellent service from the guys at Tyre General. My wife and I had a flat tyre that was beyond repair. Took the tyre to them to get it replaced and refitted. The whole process took 15mins and we had also a free inspection and pump for the rest of the tyres. Highly recommend them. :)

Amazing service, met me at my car, new my booking for wheel alignment and welcomed me in.Friendly and professional. Were able to also do extra diagnostic work as requested. Also found battery was needing replacing. They asked if I wanted help getting a new one and then researched, organised, collected and fitted at a great price. Then delivered my car up To the door. Super impressed. Thanks very much.

Went in for wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Unfortunately my car was still shaking and pulling... so decided to try someone else, as the service I received was not that pleasant at Tyre General, can get little snarky. Only shocked and disappointed be told by other place that the right front Tyre was more worn out then the other 3 which was causing the shaking (they didn't understand why it wasn't brought to my attention) also wheel alignment was off! They said would not of helped my worn already tyre Little upsetting as considering spent less at the other place for a thorough job then at Tyre General.

A friend from Queenstown was passing through, and her tyre went flat in front of our house. We were struggling to change it (the tyre was seized due to rust), and because she needed to get to Ashburton quickly, she called Tyre General. They showed up quickly, and the gentleman who was assisting was brilliant. First, he quickly removed the tyre (much to our chagrin after trying so hard). Then, he offered to put on the spare, commenting "we won't charge you for the call out, it's all good." My friend was very grateful for this, but worried a bit about driving all the way to Ashburton on the spare. He said "It's quiet back in the shop right now. Why don't you swing by? We should have you on your way in 10-15 minutes." He then went further and offered to take the damaged tyre with him right away, so they might begin repairing it while she made her way to the shop. His customer service was exceptional, in every sense of the word. Incredibly well done! Thanks, Tyre General!
