Conveniently located on Blenheim Road, with ample parking . Friendly and helpful service . Drove in to book and they put my ute straight through for a wheel alignment. Recommended. Thanks guys .

Have been using these guys for wheel alignments for several cars ; excellent customer service and great feedback provided afterwards too. Nice waiting area and they open at 730am which is convenient. Recommended.

Went in for wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Unfortunately my car was still shaking and pulling... so decided to try someone else, as the service I received was not that pleasant at Tyre General, can get little snarky. Only shocked and disappointed be told by other place that the right front Tyre was more worn out then the other 3 which was causing the shaking (they didn't understand why it wasn't brought to my attention) also wheel alignment was off! They said would not of helped my worn already tyre Little upsetting as considering spent less at the other place for a thorough job then at Tyre General.

A friend from Queenstown was passing through, and her tyre went flat in front of our house. We were struggling to change it (the tyre was seized due to rust), and because she needed to get to Ashburton quickly, she called Tyre General. They showed up quickly, and the gentleman who was assisting was brilliant. First, he quickly removed the tyre (much to our chagrin after trying so hard). Then, he offered to put on the spare, commenting "we won't charge you for the call out, it's all good." My friend was very grateful for this, but worried a bit about driving all the way to Ashburton on the spare. He said "It's quiet back in the shop right now. Why don't you swing by? We should have you on your way in 10-15 minutes." He then went further and offered to take the damaged tyre with him right away, so they might begin repairing it while she made her way to the shop. His customer service was exceptional, in every sense of the word. Incredibly well done! Thanks, Tyre General!

Absolutely awesome as always

Went here for a wheel alignment and balance with rotation. The alignment seems to be okay from what I can tell, only front wheels had balance checked which I know rears aren't as important to be balanced but was hoping they would have been done. My problem is all four of my wheels that purchased recently have had paint damaged by the socket on the rattle gun being pressed against my rims ( not hard to hold it off the rim...) so in my opinion this is poor treatment of my vehicle and poor use of tools
