Personal service - that puts travellers at ease! After many years of only using my tried and tested travel agent - I decided to embark on pastures new. The old company that I used became complacent and couldnt offer me competitive prices. I looked elsewhere and found Bipul and his company. To say I wasnt initially nervous to be dealing with a travel agent that I hadn't worked with before, would be a lie. I repeatedly questioned Bipul about my hotel reservation, transfers, even seat numbers, food etc...he was paitent to say the least. Having boarded the plane with amazing seats throughout my journey (from Delhi to Male) I knew I had made the right choice in booking with Typical Maldives. I will continue to use them. He delivered just what I wanted. Its important to me to have a personal service and Bipul made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. Thats the sort of service I wanted and got! I reccommended his company to another friend of mine who was similary impressed with the prices and level of service. Well done TM. You have now become my number one and I shall continue to use your company for future travel. Oh by the way I forgot to mention I stayed in Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa...and I think its just perfect!

Excellent customer service!! We were able to plan our dream honeymoon with the expert assistance of Bipul. Nothing was too much trouble and the answer to any of our requests was always "Yes of course". He was efficient, knowledgeable and came back to us when she promised. Excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from your travel company. The resorts that our travel planner chose for our stay were all wonderful! He as in Mr Amit was in constant communication with us via email asking how the trip was going and if we had any concerns or requests and when I did have a request in which Amit responded immediately and took care of it. Everything including tours and transportation were taken care of for us so it was very relaxing knowing we did not have to think about anything except when and where we were going next. Thanks Again for making our trip wonderful. Highly Recommend !!

Fantastic company with amazing staff Fantastic company. Amit is amazing and I can’t compliment him enough. He worked with us to build our dream family holiday, listening to what we wanted then using her exceptional knowledge of the destination to prepare a package that had something for everyone in the family. Then, 2 days before we were to fly out, our son got chicken pox! What could have been a stressful disaster ended up being a single call to Amit. He calmed me down, checked what new dates we wanted, then said leave it with me. Within 24 hours he’d rearranged everything and even prepared the vouchers again. We’ve just returned from our holiday and as we expected, it was amazing

Our trip to Maldives,via Dubai!! Bipul,our organiser,was helpful and friendly at all times. He gave excellent advice,but was also flexible enough to include any plans or ideas ,we wanted to include. The standard of our accomodation was very good,and all the pick ups were prompt and efficient. The water sports we did will be cherished for years to come... Could not fault the fast polite service I received ,Nothing was a problem or to much trouble. Everything sorted in record time -right date ,right airline and a good price too. This is the second time I've used Typical Maldives and I was really pleased that Bipul was able to come up with the Holiday I wanted when other online companies were promising, then backtracking on what was available.
