I had a terrible experience With this company, they drove their trucks on my front lawn and broke some water pipes. I reached out to them and they promised me that they would come out to fix their mistake after a week of them not showing up I called them again and they told me that they were busy and asked for me to hire a company and promised me that they would pay me the money that I would be paying that other company that I
Hired. well I did just that and they refused to pay me after giving me the runaround for about a month. I have the text messages in writing where their sales rep promised they would be paying me and sending me a check, but that never happened. I do not recommend doing business with a company who doesn’t own up to their mistakes and makes sure that they pay for them. Very unprofessional and careless.

I would not recommend this company for any remodeling for your house or business. Last December they did my floors and they did a really bad job and until now they have not come to fix the floors. The cutting really bad gaps all around. When you are going to sign the contract they there for you after that they just tell you will be take care of the problem but they never do. Until now I am still waiting for them to come and take care of the issue. They damage our patio deck and they took our ladder. We let them know right away about the bad job they did still they have not done anything to fix it.

I have worked with Damian and Diana since mid 2021, I have been in their offices and many job sites, seen their work ethic and let me tell you, they will get stuff done with best practices!! Them and their team have just kept growing, anyone in their hands will be well taken care of!

this company is an absolute sham. They claim to be high quality. They are simply junk. i know of zero reason anyone should ever hire this company. They will tell you that you will receive a high quality product and then provide zero plans. they will show up and just start doing what they want to do to your property. they do not care. They will over charge you and then buy the lowest quality product they can find. They will hire the lowest charging person to do the task, save yourself money and go across the river and hire someone, or hire someone from craigslist to do the task, because that's exactly what they are going to do. they do not care if they know what they are doing. they will attempt to pass it off as good work. AEP even questioned the low quality work and products that were used when they arrived on site to shut power on and off. They will not manage the project, you will be stuck managing the garbage subcontractors that they bring to your yard, because they will be no where to be found. they will not inspect the work that is done. They will try do do everything as a negotiation after the fact and try to charge you more.
Mr Damian SOSA is the largest slimeball of all. Complete coward, if you have an issue he will hide from you and then attempt to scold you through email for your frustrations.
if you do hire them have a lawyer or legal counsel on standby.
also Sev Morin is one of their "project managers" so dont count his good review in your decision.
wouild absolutely give it zero stars.
