Terrible service.
paid tech for evaluation fee
paid for the parts the tech said were bad (i questioned it -just didn’t make sense)
Paid for the labor to install parts and sure enough the repair did not work. A new tech was sent out and evaluated it properly and said the condenser needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1400+. I asked if i would be credited anything for the missed evaluation previously. They said no. So it’s the customers fault for a miss evaluation ??? doesn’t make sense to me. All and All their total to repair was going to be over $2200 in total when i can buy a new freezer (exact same one) for $1800. I’ve told them i was done working with them and i would just purchase a new freezer. You think they’ll do the right thing and credit me some money back?? I doubt it.
Terrible company. My suggestion is to run away from them and find another reputable company. Ramics is not a reputable company in my view.

Owner called me because of my poor review and apologized for our situation. He was fair and professional and has refunded monies requested. I have changed my review to a 4 star because of his efforts to make things whole. Thanks Alex
