Terrible service. paid tech for evaluation fee paid for the parts the tech said were bad (i questioned it -just didn’t make sense) Paid for the labor to install parts and sure enough the repair did not work. A new tech was sent out and evaluated it properly and said the condenser needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1400+. I asked if i would be credited anything for the missed evaluation previously. They said no. So it’s the customers fault for a miss evaluation ??? doesn’t make sense to me. All and All their total to repair was going to be over $2200 in total when i can buy a new freezer (exact same one) for $1800. I’ve told them i was done working with them and i would just purchase a new freezer. You think they’ll do the right thing and credit me some money back?? I doubt it. Terrible company. My suggestion is to run away from them and find another reputable company. Ramics is not a reputable company in my view. Update: 7/2/24 Owner called me because of my poor review and apologized for our situation. He was fair and professional and has refunded monies requested. I have changed my review to a 4 star because of his efforts to make things whole. Thanks Alex

Ramics Repair has fixed almost all of our appliances at one time or another. Refrigerator ,stove, washing machine, or dryer it doesn’t matter. Repairs have been scheduled quickly and executed flawlessly and quickly. Highly recommend!

Not sure who to blame lays with Ramics or Appliance Repair Today which is who apparently booked the appointment. The speed in which we were able to get our appointment was great as we called on Friday and were scheduled for Saturday. The communication was great with our assigned technician. However once he arrived on scene it was crystal clear he was not qualified to service our Electrolux product. He looked at our Icon series freezer as though it was an alien. Not sure where the disconnect was, since we clearly explained the appliance was an Electrolux. Seems as though if the tech wasn't qualified to work on a specific brand (as a new tech would be) they would send him with someone who was kind. So after looking at the machine for 7 min and only turning the ice maker on and off with the lever he arrived at the conclusion we needed a new ice maker. No diagnostic check, no reset, just lever up and lever down. The tech then spent the next 20 min finding out the cost of parts only to return and immediately leave for another 15 min to write an invoice. The cost was 700.00 which was really not an issue for an ice maker. The issue was why in the world would I trust a person, who clearly had no idea what he was looking at, to do a repair of that magnitude. I'm not sure where the disconnect was because Electrolux is listed as one of the brands serviced on Ramics website. 03/11/24: The Frigidaire/Electrolux tech arrived today at 0800 hrs. The tech walked over to the unit, opened the door and checked to see if there was ice the bin, which there was. He then proceeded to remove the lower compartment and said "Just as I thought." He then went to his truck returned within 3 minutes with a new thermostat. The cost of the thermostat was 85.00 and not 700.00 to replace the entire unit. Bottom line is within 2 min of walking into our house a qualified tech diagnosed the issue. I would hope that Ramics, in the future, would ensure the repair tech scheduled to do the service is in fact certified and or familiar with the product.

Jermaine is the most qualified technician I have ever met. He has an excellent work ethic and a conscience! His knowledge about all appliances is impressive. I am not thrilled about the scheduling by the office staff, specifically prioritizing jobs and following through.

They are extremely quick and sent someone the same day which was wonderful. Very respectful young man too. However, They are a bit pricey.
