Two Men and a Truck Reviews

Two Men and a Truck Moving service was professional, respectful, helpful, and easy to use. They did such a wonderful job, were very efficient, treated my belongings with care, and listened to where I needed items to go. They asked when they were unsure, and they helped put together my dining table when we went blank remembering how the legs fit back on, lol. They arrived about ten minutes after we had arrived (I moved about two hours away), and they were very kind. I'm thankful for their consideration. I'd definitely use this company again and recommend them based on my experience. I did hear about them from three of my friends, and that's why I gave them a try. A bit pricey, but worth it. Thanks!! :)

Quote was a little high compared to others and after talking with people in the neighborhood I learned they never complete the move in the quoted time and results in higher fees as a surprise in the end. I have not booked them for my move.

Two Men and A Truck moved us and they were wonderful. The girl I emailed and talked to was so very kind to me. I had to make several changes to our plan because I forgot stuff or was worried about not having a big enough truck. She was so patient with me. It ended up the truck was the perfect size. The three movers we were assigned are awesome guys!! They are very nice, polite, and friendly. They got us loaded and unloaded very quickly and without any issues. We appreciate their hard work when it was so hot outside. Thank you for helping us get moved and into a new place!

We have used Two Men and a Truck twice before this move and we were very satisfied with the past moves, but this one fell way short. I have contacted the local office and corporate. It’s been 3 weeks now after I called the local office, I was transferred to the claims department the lady said she would call me back in 3 days’ because it was almost 5pm and they are closing. I waited one week and called the corporate office again the gentleman said he would forward my complaint to claims and they would call me back in 3 days. First complaint the lead for the move got upset and walked off the job for 1 hour after they drop my piano while moving it out of the old house. The piano suffered a lot of damage. The second issue while they were moving a dresser up some wooden stairs to the second floor, they pretty much bounced the dresser up the stairs scratching the stairs on the way up. The third complaint is we moved 6 months before this move from 20 miles away same stuff being moved it took that crew 6 hours total for the move. This move was only one mile away and it took them nine hours. I guess I will have to take them to court to settle this issue.

Moved into my Moms house who had passed away. Team sent was kind, professional and finished quickly. Highly recommend

The moving team of Brent, Jaylen & Mikhi were outstanding. Very courteous & polite. They took the time to wrap some of the things we had not gotten to. Showed extra care in moving some antique pieces of furniture. Above all they were fast and efficient, even considering the 4 flights of stairs they contended with. We are extremely happy with the service we received from two men and the truck.

Daylon and Immanuel were awesome. This was heavy furniture on a second floor with narrow steps, and they made quick work of it. Thanks to both of them for helping us out!

Terrible experience. I want to start by saying that I have never given a business this kind of review before. This company moved us on April 15. We have moved several times over the years, both long distance and locally, and have never experienced this level of incompetence. Several pieces of furniture were significantly damaged and most others received mars and scratches, including a chunk of wood broken off the corner of our dining room table, the top of a chest of drawers separated from the base, a white sofa that was clearly drug along the ground that arrived filthy and with fabric scraped off the back side. I have reached out to the company multiple times, sent photos and have yet to receive any sort of resolution. Your response is puzzling. You "look forward to hearing from me?" I have left numerous voice mail messages and get not return call. You have my contact information. I have tried repeatedly to at least get an email address only to get sent to voice mail, which does not get returned.

These guys were so careful and worked so hard to move our office. They did a great job and were so professional! I highly recommend them!

The specific packing crew were fast, efficient, exercised great judgment, and their overall performance was excellent squared. They were friendly and excellent communicators.
