Went for the food on 2/21, used to frequent this restaurant every time I was in Dulles for the empanadas, and was disappointed in the empanadas, my enchilada meal, AND the service. We were basically forgotten the majority of our meal, barely checked on, was genuinely just dissatisfied and then my transaction for the bill which was 54.56 was updated to include tip today on 2/23. I left a $5 tip. Little less than 10% because of the food and service or lack thereof. They charged me a $10 tip and my total changed to 64.56! A dishonest and fraudulent practice. Will NEVER return and will absolutely be reaching out about this internally as well.

It was a good place until they charged me more than what I put for tip. I had tipped more that 20% of the total and they decided to round it up 3 more dollars. $3 ain't nothing to me. But stealing is wrong. Sucks because the pupusas were good. Never going back after that.
Era un buen lugar hasta que me cobraron mas de lo que puse de tip. Yo habia puesto mas de 20% de tip y decidieron ponerle 3$ mas. 3 pesos no es nada para mi. Pero robar es malo. Mala onda porque las pupusas eran buenas. Nunca mas regresare ahi.
