I canât say enough positive things about Twinkle Nights and especially about Michelle! Because of this company our wedding came together better than I couldâve ever imagined. Michelle came out and walked my familyâs property where the wedding was held and she came up with a digital diagram of the layout which we used for months to plan the event. I felt so much more confident with bringing in all the rentals (tent, tables, chairs, bars, dance floor) because of Michelle. Let the internet (i.e., the handful of people who will read this) know that, a month after my wedding, this is the only time this business has contacted me to apologize.
Regarding the price discrepancy, let me clarify, and this clarification is actually more damning for this business than my previous vague background information. Twinkle Nights originally quoted about $15,000.00. After one of my vendors who coordinated this aspect of the reception called this price out as ridiculous, Twinkle Nights immediately reduced the quote by about $10,000.00. Subsequently, I reduced the quantity of lights needed by 25%, and Twinkle Nights reduced the quote by a nearly proportional amount.
The only way to square the initial $10,000.00 reduction is that Twinkle Nights was trying to scam us, which is consistent with the rest of our experience with them.

We hired this business to do the uplighting for my wedding reception. While they originally quoted us about $15,000.00, the ultimate price was about $4,500.00. Because the final contract was only a slightly reduced quantity compared to the original quote, I cannot explain the dramatic price decrease.
Without our knowledge, Twinkle Nights, subbed out our event to another company.
The employees of that company showed up on wedding day with cheap uplights. I have been told by another vendor who works in event lighting that these lights could have been purchasedânot rentedâfor a few hundred dollars total. While the event was beautiful, the lighting was absolutely not what we paid for and did not achieve the effect we contracted for. The colors were off and many of the cheap lights broke before the event even started.
Worse still, a representative of Twinkle Nights was at my venue during setup. When this mistake/breach/issue was noticed by other members of our vendor team, the Twinkle Nights representative apparently said that she hoped I wouldnât notice. Two days after the event, another vendor told me about all of this; at that point, I still hadnât heard a word from Twinkle Nights.
While nothing could have been done with hours left before the event, not to take initiative to make it right after the event is inexcusable. The only positive review I have for this company is that when confronted and informed that I was very willing to sue, they eventually issued a refund.

We hired Twinkle Nights to do my daughterâs wedding reception lighting, and it was an absolute disappointment. In short, they are dishonest and do not deserve to be part of such an important moment for any family.
We should have been on notice that this company would be a problem from the start: the first price quote Twinkle Nights gave us was about $15,000.00, which Twinkle Nights reduced by about $10,000.00 after our A/V coordinator let them know that $15,000.00 was outrageous for the product we were seeking. After the $10,000.00 decrease, my daughter adjusted the quantity of lights. In the end, we paid about $4,500.00 for uplighting.
Fast forward to the day of the wedding: it turns out that Twinkle Nights had secretly subcontracted out the eventâs lighting to another companyâwithout any mention to us. That company, possibly on Twinkle Nightsâ orders, brought cheap Chinese lighting to the reception. We have since learned that we could have purchased all that lighting for a few hundred dollars. Price aside, many of these lights broke before the event even began and the colors that my daughter contracted could not have been achieved with these lights no matter what.
After the wedding, Twinkle Nights never contacted my husband, my daughter, or me to apologize or even to inform us about what happened. We learned about all of this from other vendors. Shameful behavior!

Twinkle Nights made our 5th anniversary celebration at Underground Fitness and Self Defense truly LIT! They provided the perfect outdoor hanging bistro lights that set a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Inside, they transformed the space with uplighting that created a vibrant red glow, matching our brand colors perfectly. The tables, chairs, and tablecloths they provided added the perfect touch to our event setup, making everything feel both professional and cozy.
