I brought the machine from work in to have it repaired and set up a commercial account with them. I work for a municipality and could have given them a lot of business. They stated they attempted to call me, even left a message. They wrote my phone number wrong. The part was delayed apparently, I was told this after I had called 3 times. I ended up having to drive there from work to get this information. (16 mile round trip). Then 2 more weeks we hear nothing. I called and was hung up on, with no return call, even though they had my information that I gave them no less than 3 times. I drove there again. The machine is done she says, but the tax exempt account was not set up. Oops, sorry. That's $10+ out of my pocket plus they broke the cord holder and didn't replace the clogged filter that caused the problem to begin with!
There was no attempt to rectify any of this on there part. The fact that they can't track things or figure out how to contact me, I'm guessing they are not getting back to me about the commercial vac we need to purchase.

Im sorry we had your incorrect phone numer. You were told that you would not charged you tax with a tax exempt number.
Excellent experiences! I have taken vacuums there for repair with great results. Good customer service. They answer my questions essentially tell me things I would have learned if I had read the manual! ;)

I have been shopping at this family owned business since 1989 when I purchased my first Recar vacuum. They have always provided knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a competitively priced quality vacuum.

I should be able to give NO stars. This "business" is absolutely HORRIBLE. They took our money to order a part to fix our Dyson. in November 2022. They said it would be about two weeks. I called after the two weeks and they said the part wasn't in yet. So, I waited a week more and called a third time. I was then told they had no idea when the part would be in - that they had customers waiting almost 12 months for their Dyson parts to be shipped. 12 months? Why didn't they tell me that up.front before accepting my money and then lying to me that it would take two weeks?! They refused to refund my money without charging me a $20 restocking fee (for a part that they didn't even have unstuck to begin with). It is now 6 months later and they STILL have not called to tell me my part is in. No integrity, no honesty. Shady dealings. Do not use this business.
I took my vacuum to this place and they replace the belt and filter and it cost me $88.00 and 8 months later the samething happen and they tryed to charge me the same thing saying a belt on my vacuum only last 1yr and it ain't been a year since i bought it to them, When i purchased this vacuum it was a few years before anything happen to it and now the owner telling me that my kind of vacuum needs belts and filters every year !!@ I Am not crazy to bieve that !!!!

The belt on your vacuum cleaner is made of rubber and will stretch over time, it can even break if something was to get stuck in the vacuum. The manufacturer also recommends replacing your filters at least once a year.
I brought my shampooer in to be checked. Was called about a week later by staff saying it worked fine and could get it.
Reviewed with them that the cord also had exposed wires. Stated can not replace cord but can order new plug and take out bad area of cord. FINALLY a MONTH LATER was able to pick up my shampooer.
Got it home and:
MOTOR SMELLED HOT
NO WATER CAME OUT
STILL EXPOSED WIRES ON THE CORD.
Called for a refund explaining I would have never had cord fixed if you said it didn’t work. It had not been used since I picked it up and he suggested something must have happened between the store and getting it home where it literally sat until I used it!!
NO REFUND ISSUED
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
DID NOT CHECK MY SHAMPOOER PROPERLY BECAUSE IT OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WORK AND OBVIOUS WIRES STILL EXPOSED
SLOW AS A TURTLE TURN AROUND TIME
WOULD NOT USE IR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
