On vous ballade.... 2 heures de retard au depart de paris = 2 heures de retard pour la correspondance a istambul. Une personne de la cie nous fait traverser tout l’aeroport en courant mais pas nos bagages en soute. Arrive a shanghai pas de bagages ce qui etait pourtant previsible...Nous rachetones s des affaires de bases pour 4 personnes, nous finissons par les recuperer 48 heures plus tard, et avec un sac tres abime, grace au guide chinois. Au retour nous tentons de nous faire rembourser et la turkish semble d’accord en nous demandant des tas de justificafs. Puis plus rien malgre les nombreuses relance le service des remboursement de repond plus... Clairelent la turkish se fiche de ses passagers. Plus de voks pour notre famille avec eux....

Frustrated and fed up Very friendly staff and nice aircrafts However, It is my first time travelling and maybe the last one. I lost my new Prada glasses. Almost 500usd. someone took them from my luggage. When i discovered that, I reported to the customer support from whom I have been receiving same reply that I didn't contact them with 7 days. Not any single action to investigate or to compensate instead. Totally frustrated unfortunately

världens sämsta flygbolag Otrevlig personal. Beställde vegetarisk mat, vilket står i min bokning, men väl på planet menade de att jag inte hade det. Sen hade de två matalternativ, men de kunde inte svara på om den ena var vegetarisk, utan jag fick prova, tyckte de. Vårt ena flyg var 75 minuter sent, vilket de inte ens sa något om. Boardingen för vårt nya flyg hade redan startat. Flygvärdinnan sa efter att vi hade frågat att ground staff skulle ta oss till vårt nästa flyg och att de skulle vänta. Det gjorde dem absolut inte. Vi fick springa som galningar över hela istansbuls flygplats för att precis hinna med det och där möttes vi av otrevlig personal för att vi var sena när det var flygbolagets fel. Skärmen var trasig på båda våra flyg, så ingen underhållning kunde vi få heller. Om inte detta var nog, fick vi heller inte vårt bagage väl på Arlanda, så nu måste vi även vänta på att få det hemskickat. Åk aldrig med turkish airlines!

Late baggage, delayed flight, lost transit flight, bad reallocation, rude care center I had a flight on Turkish Airlines from Cairo to Houston connecting in Istanbul ( TK 691 &TK033 on 26th March)but the bag didn’t arrive and delayed to be delivered to my temporary address in New Orleans for 2 days. My return flight was in 31 March from Chicago ((TK 186) that was delayed for 45 minutes so I lost the connection to Cairo ( TK 690) that was supposed to be at 6:45 AM so they re-scheduled me to a late flight at 9:45 PM (TK686) with more than 15 hours transit. I went to their care center in the airport to reallocate to an earlier flight because of my important commitments in Cairo but the representative agent did 3 mistakes: - lied because she told me that the earlier flights are full which is wrong as I checked. The cause is that these 2 flights are operated by EgyptAir which will cost them and they prefer to bother their customers by waiting for more than 15 hours missing their commitments at their final destination than paying for their mistakes to their partners. - the agent preferred to lie rather than discussing the actual cause of not booking on EgyptAir through their shared code. - they refused to give me a hotel voucher despite this long transit. So, I strongly disrecommend Turkish Airlines

Ikke fly med Turkish Airlines Flyreisen var det ikke noe å utsette på. Problemet er at de ikke hjelper deg når noe uforutsett hender. Da flyplassen i Bahrain ble stengt prøvde jeg å booke nye billetter fra alternative flyplasser i nærheten Dette måtte jeg betale for. Fire ganger booket jeg om da alle flyvningene ble kansellert. Jeg kom hjem ti dager for sent og hadde utgifter til hotell, mat, visum til Saudi Arabia, og transport til Riyadh flyplass. Ingenting ble dekket. Veldig vanskelig å komme i kontakt Eneste måte er å fylle i et feedback Form. Svarene du får gir ikke svar på det jeg ba om hjelp til. Ringer du til kundeservice så kan de ikke lese saker som er sendt på feedback form.

Kusursuz bir tatil deneyimi Turkish Airlines Holidays ile Kuzey ışıklarını görmek için tatil paketi aldım. Geçen ay gittim ve harika bir deneyimdi. Bizzat o doğa olayını görmek harikaydı. Tatil deneyimimde harikaydı. Zaten öncesinden rezervasyon yaptığım için transfer ve başka şeylerle uğraşmadım. Seyahat sürecim tek kelimeyle kusursuzdu diyebilirim.

Extra leg room 機材A350-900・非常口2席すぐ後ろの窓側席は前席がないので 足元広い・約10時間のフライトが少しでもラクになればと選んだ・・機内食時CAはトレイに乗せて渡したが何の説明もなかった・隣席の人が折りたたみTABLEを出そうとしてくれたが重くて出せなかった・男性CA呼んで引っ張って設営・乗客が自分でヤレみたいな態度の女性CAはホスピタリティ欠落・食後のドリンク聞きに来た他のCAに苦情を言うと到着前の機内食はすぐ席に来て出してくれた・・事前指定の100ドル席は微妙な席だった

Is this my wake? Th worst. Flight. In the world I think. Just down there with Lufthansa. It’s a 6 hour flight that gives you a taster of purgatory should you be one of the sorry souls condemned to hell. The seats were modern in so that they were recently updated to cosplay cardboard cutouts as opposed to proper seats. The food is horrible and soggy and the staff is unfriendly and not helpful. The check in experience was chaotic to say the least. All in all, if you’d like to try an airline that strong arms their way into your wallet while tossing scraps of service in return, please do go for Turkish airlines.

عطلة مريحة وخالية من المتاعب جئنا مع العائلة من الرياض إلى كابادوكيا. كان أفراد عائلتنا يتوقون بشدة لركوب المناطيد. قمنا بتخطيط عطلة في كابادوكيا مع شركة «تركيش إيرلاينز هوليدايز». وبعد اختيار الفندق وتذاكر الطيران، أضفنا خدمة النقل إلى باقة العطلة. وبفضل ذلك، قضينا عطلة مريحة وخالية من المتاعب دون الحاجة إلى الانتظار في المطار أو البحث عن سيارة أجرة.

Pessimi in tutto! La peggiore esperienza di sempre! Attenzione, applicano la regola no show, cioè se si prenota a/r e non ci si presenta all'andata il volo di ritorno è automaticamente cancellato senza alcun avviso. Ho dovuto comprare il biglietto per il volo successivo completamente a mie spese, nonostante il certificato medico! Personale scortese al limite della maleducazione, e parlano un inglese incomprensibile(usano spesso il google traduttore). Alla richiesta di cibo gluten free l'hostess , con fare arrogante e stizzito, mi ha detto che la cena fosse gluten free. Cotolette panate! Gliel'ho ridata indietro(mi dispiaceva andasse buttato) e me l'ha letteralmente strappata dalle mani. Mai più nella vita, meglio una low cost!

Maybe not like the old days but not a bad series of flights--just one bad noise I thought Turkish Airlines was pretty good, but then the planes I took were half empty so I could sleep. They were nice at check in at all departure points, and pleasant on board. My only complaint is that there was a TERRIBLE loud noise on my first flight as we approached Istanbul airport, where I was making my connection. It was frightening. No one on board could explain the noise. I think the pilot should have informed the passengers about why the noise was occurring but he / she did not. The seats are not super clean, the food was OK--not bad--but otherwise I found the flights left promptly and all staff members were courteous and welcoming.

Absolutely terrible support service I used to fly with Turkish Airlines quite frequently and they used to be decent. However recently it has been a dramatic change. The food got much worse and often the lids are missing. The cleanliness of the aircraft also majorly decreased, screens are often lagging or damaged, as well as the seats. Luggage is frequently damaged and dirtied. They change seats and flight times. And the delays are not compensated properly. In addition, their app and the website are lagging majorly, and they have an absolutely terrible support service. The staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve seen them making fun of people for not speaking English, and dismissing complaints about a more than 4 hours delay. They said leave feedback on the website or WhatsApp. Talking to them on WhatsApp is equally terrible. When I tried to reach support services I had to go through a useless bot, which provided me with links that didn’t work. When I finally got a live agent after waiting for half an hour, he cancelled the conversation because “I wasn’t responding”, after 4 minutes while I was typing an explanation again, since apparently the bot can’t even refer the collected information to them, or they can’t be bothered to just read it. After talking to a bot again I got another live agent. Who proceeded to be absolutely unhelpful, rude and degrading, while not explaining anything and not providing any useful information. Not about the fare rules, not about how the “changes are calculated” nothing, not even working links, again. Just rudeness and disrespect. And then he just ended the chat without solving anything. That is unacceptable behavior for a “support service”.

0/10 would not recommend Staff never fails to be incompetent at basic skills. This incompetence leads to being stranded, missing luggage, delays, cancellations, you name it. Would not trust them to find their way out of a paper bag.

Abandon de ses passagers Nous avons réservé un voyage aller retour Marseille Dubaï via Istanbul. Le trajet aller s'est très bien passé. Avion à l'heure, équipage agréable, sièges confortables, nourriture de qualité. Puis la région du Moyen-Orient et Turkish airlines nous a abandonné ! Notre vol de retour prévu initialement le 1er Mars n'a eu de cesse d'être annulé, 5* en 10 jours alors même que d'autres compagnies aériennes volaient. Aucune communication de la part de la compagnie si ce n'est : vol à déplacer ou remboursement. Aucune proposition de réacheminement alors que dèmes vols Turkish décollait du pays voisin Oman. Aucune assistance. Nous avons tout réglé pendant 10 jours pour notre famille de 4. Le service client refuse de nous rembourser les 1100e hôtel repas alors qu'ils nous doivent assistance et que ces frais ne sont pas exorbitants. Motif cause extraordinaire invoquée. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la guerre ! Sans perceptive de retour avec TA, nous avons dû rentrer par nos propres moyens avec un coup élevé et là encore aucune prise en charge. Le préjudice financier et moral est énorme. La compagnie nous a clairement laissé à l'abandon. Par principe je ne volerai plus jamais avec eux. Ils ne soucient pas de leurs clients....
