Turkish Airlines Holidays ile Kuzey ışıklarını görmek için tatil paketi aldım. Geçen ay gittim ve harika bir deneyimdi. Bizzat o doğa olayını görmek harikaydı. Tatil deneyimimde harikaydı. Zaten öncesinden rezervasyon yaptığım için transfer ve başka şeylerle uğraşmadım. Seyahat sürecim tek kelimeyle kusursuzdu diyebilirim.

عطلة مريحة وخالية من المتاعب
جئنا مع العائلة من الرياض إلى كابادوكيا. كان أفراد عائلتنا يتوقون بشدة لركوب المناطيد. قمنا بتخطيط عطلة في كابادوكيا مع شركة «تركيش إيرلاينز هوليدايز». وبعد اختيار الفندق وتذاكر الطيران، أضفنا خدمة النقل إلى باقة العطلة. وبفضل ذلك، قضينا عطلة مريحة وخالية من المتاعب دون الحاجة إلى الانتظار في المطار أو البحث عن سيارة أجرة.

Maybe not like the old days but not a bad series of flights--just one bad noise
I thought Turkish Airlines was pretty good, but then the planes I took were half empty so I could sleep. They were nice at check in at all departure points, and pleasant on board. My only complaint is that there was a TERRIBLE loud noise on my first flight as we approached Istanbul airport, where I was making my connection. It was frightening. No one on board could explain the noise. I think the pilot should have informed the passengers about why the noise was occurring but he / she did not. The seats are not super clean, the food was OK--not bad--but otherwise I found the flights left promptly and all staff members were courteous and welcoming.
Absolutely terrible support service
I used to fly with Turkish Airlines quite frequently and they used to be decent. However recently it has been a dramatic change. The food got much worse and often the lids are missing. The cleanliness of the aircraft also majorly decreased, screens are often lagging or damaged, as well as the seats. Luggage is frequently damaged and dirtied. They change seats and flight times. And the delays are not compensated properly. In addition, their app and the website are lagging majorly, and they have an absolutely terrible support service. The staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve seen them making fun of people for not speaking English, and dismissing complaints about a more than 4 hours delay. They said leave feedback on the website or WhatsApp. Talking to them on WhatsApp is equally terrible. When I tried to reach support services I had to go through a useless bot, which provided me with links that didn’t work. When I finally got a live agent after waiting for half an hour, he cancelled the conversation because “I wasn’t responding”, after 4 minutes while I was typing an explanation again, since apparently the bot can’t even refer the collected information to them, or they can’t be bothered to just read it. After talking to a bot again I got another live agent. Who proceeded to be absolutely unhelpful, rude and degrading, while not explaining anything and not providing any useful information. Not about the fare rules, not about how the “changes are calculated” nothing, not even working links, again. Just rudeness and disrespect. And then he just ended the chat without solving anything. That is unacceptable behavior for a “support service”.
0/10 would not recommend
Staff never fails to be incompetent at basic skills. This incompetence leads to being stranded, missing luggage, delays, cancellations, you name it. Would not trust them to find their way out of a paper bag.
Abandon de ses passagers
Nous avons réservé un voyage aller retour Marseille Dubaï via Istanbul. Le trajet aller s'est très bien passé. Avion à l'heure, équipage agréable, sièges confortables, nourriture de qualité. Puis la région du Moyen-Orient et Turkish airlines nous a abandonné ! Notre vol de retour prévu initialement le 1er Mars n'a eu de cesse d'être annulé, 5* en 10 jours alors même que d'autres compagnies aériennes volaient. Aucune communication de la part de la compagnie si ce n'est : vol à déplacer ou remboursement. Aucune proposition de réacheminement alors que dèmes vols Turkish décollait du pays voisin Oman. Aucune assistance. Nous avons tout réglé pendant 10 jours pour notre famille de 4. Le service client refuse de nous rembourser les 1100e hôtel repas alors qu'ils nous doivent assistance et que ces frais ne sont pas exorbitants. Motif cause extraordinaire invoquée. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la guerre ! Sans perceptive de retour avec TA, nous avons dû rentrer par nos propres moyens avec un coup élevé et là encore aucune prise en charge. Le préjudice financier et moral est énorme. La compagnie nous a clairement laissé à l'abandon. Par principe je ne volerai plus jamais avec eux. Ils ne soucient pas de leurs clients....

Раньше я никогда не пробовала пакетные туры, но благодаря моей подруге у меня появился первый такой опыт. Поскольку у неё была программа «miles&smiles», она не только приобрела тур по выгодной цене, но и заработала мили. Само путешествие прошло очень комфортно. Обычно, когда мы сами планировали отпуск, я всегда испытывала стресс, но с TA Holidays этого не было.

--- I recently flew with Turkish Airlines and was very satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, everything was well organized — check-in was quick and boarding went smoothly without delays. During the flight, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The cabin crew was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The onboard meals were delicious and offered a great variety, which is not always common among airlines. The aircraft was clean and comfortable, with cozy seats and a good entertainment system. I would also like to highlight the punctuality — both departure and arrival were right on schedule, which is very important when traveling. Overall, Turkish Airlines left a great impression on me. I would gladly fly with them again and can confidently recommend this airline to others. --- 👍
Kein Kunden Service
Die Erfahrung mit dem Turkish Airlines Customer Service gehört zu den schlimmsten, die ich bisher gemacht habe. Der Hinflug verspätete sich um 23 hrs. Obwohl vor Abflug bekannt war, dass die Verbindung in Istanbul nicht erreicht würde, erhielten wir auf Anruf keine Auskunft, mussten trotzdem zum Flughafen fahren, am Schalter 1 hr in der Schlange warten, um einen Ersatzflug für den nächsten Tag zu bekommen. Das erste Angebot der Airline hätte zu zwei Tagen Verspätung geführt (2 Tage in Istanbul mit Weiterflug über den Jahreswechsel). Nur durch Beharrlichkeit erreichten wir eine Umbuchung auf einen Flug, mit dem wir mit 23 hrs Verspätung am Zielort ankamen. Aus dem Urlaub zurückgekehrt wollte ich mich an Turkish wenden um über eine Kompensation für die Verspätung zu diskutieren. Als kein Smiles & Miles Member kann man gar keine Beschwerde einreichen. Das geht nur über den Umweg „Feedback“ zu „Sustainability“. Trotz Einreichung vollständiger Unterlagen weigert sich Turkish wiederholt eine Kompensation zu leisten. Nach dem 4. Feedback wurde vom Kundenberater Mustafa S. behauptet, wir wären 1 hr 20 früher an unserem Zielort angekommen. Mit Kalendertagen nimmt man es im Kundencenter offensichtlich nicht so genau. Wir übergeben den Fall einer Anwaltskanzlei.
Urgent issue with delayed baggage and no support
I am extremely disappointed with Turkish Airlines. My father traveled from Muscat to Tunis with a connection in Istanbul, and his baggage has been missing for more than 48 hours (Reference: TUNTK42798). Until now, we have received no clear information about its location or when it will arrive. This situation is very serious because the baggage contains essential medication for my father, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Despite contacting both Turkish Airlines and Tunis Airport (Tunisair Handling), we still have no updates. Several flights have already arrived from Istanbul to Tunis, and it is unacceptable that the baggage has not been sent yet, especially considering the medical urgency. We also live in Sousse, far from the airport, and no solution or support has been offered. I expected much better service from Turkish Airlines. This lack of communication and responsibility is extremely frustrating and concerning. I urgently request immediate action and a clear update regarding this matter.
Complete disaster
What an absolutely disasterous and unpleasant experience we had with Turkish Airlines... We were flying from Kenya to Istanbul in business class. We specifically chose and paid significantly more for that particular flight because it was supposed to have FULLY FLAT, LIE-FLAT SEATS that convert into a proper bed. This was extremely important to me, as I have very sensitive joints and veins and cannot remain in a seated position for long periods. However, upon arrival at the airport, we were told that their system had somehow “failed to check us in” (we did everything right, it was their fault), and the flight was already full. We were offered a flight the next day, with no real alternative, so we had no choice but to accept. The next day, we boarded the plane — only to discover that it was an old aircraft, and even the business class seats DID NOT RECLINE AT ALL. I am attaching a photo of what they call the “maximum reclining position”… it’s unbelievable. We had to endure 8 hours of pure discomfort and suffering — severe joint and back pain, swollen legs, and absolutely no sleep (it was a night flight). This is nothing short of inhumane, especially considering the extremely high price we paid specifically for a completely different level of comfort. It took me an entire week to recover and for my body to stop hurting. This is not an airline — this is a disaster. Not only did they fail to deliver what we paid for, but they also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, nor did they cover the hotel for the additional night we were forced to stay. I would not recommend these scammers to anyone.

I am writing to report a serious incident regarding my baggage. Upon receiving my luggage, I discovered that it had been opened and items were missing. The bag showed clear signs of tampering, and several valuable personal belongings were taken from inside. This situation is extremely distressing. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter, as well as a detailed explanation of how this could have happened. Refus d’embarquement sans justification écrite
Très mauvaise expérience avec Turkish Airlines. Nous devions voyager en famille pour la Omra, mais mes enfants ont été refusés à l’embarquement sans justification valable. Ils disposent pourtant d’un DCEM (document officiel délivré par la préfecture) et nous avions prévu de faire le visa à l’arrivée. Malgré cela, le personnel a refusé catégoriquement l’embarquement sans fournir de preuve écrite ni explication claire. Résultat : • Vol perdu • Hôtel perdu • Voyage annulé • Enfants très affectés Un énorme manque de professionnalisme et surtout de communication. Nous avons demandé des justificatifs, mais tout a été refusé verbalement.
Worst support team - Can't read basic support tickets
I opened up a feedback ticket. In it, I raised 3 points. 1) - The ground staff responsible for check-in at OR Tambo don't understand the difference between a Laptop, a desktop computer, and a Computer Monitor. (This results in obvious issues when I need to explain to them that my checked-in luggage has a desktop computer, and they don't seem to understand what that is.) 2) - That the in-flight entertainment in both flights malfunctioned. The support member told me no defect was recorded. Meanwhile, there was an actual announcement by the Captain that they are aware of a malfunction and are working to fix it. So if it wasn't recorded, that means you had an internal process failure. 3) - I'm having trouble redeeming the miles for my 2 flights. That's the most important one for me here. I understand there is nothing that can be done about the other 2 issues now, and instead, I really only provided the feedback to help improve the quality of future flights and the experience of passengers. What I really need help with currently is just redeeming my miles. I'm not happy that the support member tried to gaslight me and ignored my other issues. But at the very least, that's what I really need help with for now. However, even after contacting them on Facebook as requested when I gave them a 1-star on Google Play, they are still caught up on nothing but "Point 2". They have not said a word about the other two points and have offered me nothing but additional frustration and an inability to read basic support tickets! Worst support ever!

The Airline is complete trash! There is a war in the middle east and they are not refunding me my ticket. I will not let this go! Completely rude and dismissive about the situation. You need to refund me my money now! No questions asked! How dare you say it is okay to travel in the middle a WAR!!!! Are you kidding me???? I want my refund!!! Immediately! There is a level 4 travel advisory issued! You need to stop being a greedy company where all you care about is money!!!! Complete Trash!!!!
