Poor quality and no support The spring on my Aeroski machine broke while I was using it, causing me to fall. Unfortunately, reaching customer service has been impossible—we've tried calling, emailing, and messaging on social media, but there has been no response at all. This lack of support is very disappointing. I would not recommend buying this product.

Buyer Beware - company cancels orders but keeps money The company failed to list my apartment number on the shipment and then blamed me for it. They finally canceled the order as I was not in town when it would be reshipped - only to find out over a month later, they still had not refunded the money and I was still making payments to Affirm. They asked me to cancel the dispute with Affirm but I no longer trust them and have already disputed the charges through my bank. A company that cancels an order but doesn’t refund the money is nothing more than a fraud.

Great for getting prepared for skiing This is great if your wanting to get ready for a ski trip. Its a little hard getting on, but if you hold onto the bar it's no problem. I'm glad I got this.

I purchased the Elite version for someone as a Christmas present. I paid for the Elite version but received the basic. None of the extra components were included. Yesterday I reached out and they said the extra parts are shipped later. This was not stated when I made my original purchase. Would they even have sent me anything if I didn’t contact them? I am now asking to be refunded for the missing pieces and they don’t do partial refunds. This is a huge scam. I hate companies like this. If you want to earn a reputation as a credible company, do what’s right. Don’t just try to squeeze every penny from people trying to use your machine to better themselves. You make it hard for the average person to trust any company in the future.

Try trying your own product Aeroski The instruction manual has the critical first and second steps backwards. You can't put the sliding tubes in once the Main Frame Center Tube secured. Plus, the holes in the sliding tubes don't line up perfectly, making it difficult to install the hex screws. I had to drill them out to get some slack. Don't they try their own product?

NOT AS ADVERTISED - It has been weeks with no VR / no app available Aeroski advertised they have VR and an app to use with their equipment. I purchased it for this, but for weeks now the app is not available in the play store, so I cannot use the app / VR. They said it is "under maintenance" but it has been so for WEEKS. The company said I can ship it back at my expense for a refund. I am quite disappointed, they have not delivered what they advertised, yet I would have to lose hours more and even more money to disassemble and mail back to them so I am never truly indemnified for their lies. I scrolled through reviews on BBB and see I am not alone with this disappointment.

DANGEROUS FOR SERIOUS SKIERS! The unit only comes with 3 springs and serious skiers will “bottom out” (hit the floor) and possibly fall out/off and get injured. I called the Company and they wanted me to buy two more springs even though the unit only holds one more spring! If the Company was interested in selling to serious skiers they would supply 4 springs in the first place! DONT BUY IT! MINE IS BEING RETURNED!!!!!!!!!

Product came with VR Goggle's but company doesn't even have a functioning app that can be used. This product is ineffective and unstable. The pole came out while I was on it and I nearly fell off it. It's not worth the money paid.

Happy with Product Once I placed my order through Walmart.com it arrived 2 days later. I put it together myself, took me longer than normal, the instructions were SO clear and perfect the way they tell you the %23 of the piece and the hardware. I tried it for under 10 min once I put it together and had no issues, it ws easy to get on/off. Using bar for now till I get used to it and lose some weight then will graduate to remolacing with poles then eventually no poles so I can swing my arms more and use dumbells. My picture isn't super clear but is showing you this is compact enough to keep in a small area.

I love it! Got everything I ordered and was able to put it together myself!! It is fun and easy to use once you get used to stepping on it carefully so you don’t fall. It’s the only piece of exercise equipment I own that is fun and quick. I’ve worked my way up to 6 minutes but I enjoy those six minutes and I will keep using it. Not boring like a treadmill or bike. I have it set so I can watch tv if I want so that makes it even easier. I will use this until I’m too feeble. Hopefully that won’t happen now!

Horrible customer service. A pain in the butt just trying to place an order. Keep an eye out on your email because they will cancel your order immediately. The VR headset is TINYand only made for 5.8inch phones!!!! They will not be partial refunds. ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. READ 1-3 STAR REVIEWS ONLY.

So far I have to give them 5 stars! The website was easy to order from, it arrived within just a few days, was easy to assemble with very easy to read directions, and all the accessories advertised were accounted for upon opening all the boxes. Now, if I could just get someone to do the workout for me but me get the benefit, I would give them way more than 5 stars, lol.

I ordered the Aeroski Elite bundle that was supposed to come with hand weights. Both the product description and the picture on the website included the hand weights at the point of purchase, but the product that I received did not contain the weights. I reached out to customer service as I figured this was just an oversight. I was told that the bundle that I purchased did not come with hand weights. I provided screen shots of my order confirmation including a picture of the bundle with the hand weights. I was told that I purchased the old bundle and that only the new bundle came with hand weights. I literally purchased the machine 4 days ago. The current offer on the website is exactly the same as when I purchased. I have exchanged 2 emails back and forth with the company and have not received any hope of a resolution. I do not understand why a company would upset an otherwise happy customer over something that they clearly didn't ship.

very dissapointed. When ordering I had no idea about the weight limit however I did figure out a supposed solution. I tried to order the extra spring that they suggested however they aren't available and there is no eta on when they will have them. It was stated that they would be out a while well their solution is to send it back at my cost... sorry but that isn't a solution. If you can have the product made including springs well you can send me a spring. very very didsapointed!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The product advertised is not what they delivered. In my opinion, they're engaged in false advertising and consumer fraud. They boast a model that is easy to assemble and even sent a video of it. But, the model they're actually selling requires much greater time and effort to assemble, with many more screws and attachments. Additionally, the machine they sent me was faulty, with holes mis-drilled in the metal, making it literally impossible to assemble. At first I asked for a replacement, but the company demanded a video of me assembling it to "make sure" I was doing it right even though I had already sent a detailed description and photos. They then repeatedly offered other non-solutions and wasted vast quantities of my time. So, I then requested a refund. It's been weeks, and I'm still waiting for my refund. They said they won't issue it until they receive the faulty equipment back. But they were supposed to send me a box to return their faulty machine, and they haven't even been able to accomplish that. It's been almost 2 weeks I've been waiting for a box! Then I got the company to agree that they would issue a full refund as soon as my return showed movement, but again, they're holding up shipping and therefore holding up the refund I am rightly entitled to. The company isn't returning my calls, and seems intent on making things as difficult as possible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Delivery was attempted two different times and made it about an hour from my house (both times) and was sent back to their warehouse two times now. I would not recommend this company or equipment to anyone. Now I have to wait for them to verify that I didn't receive the equipment before they will give a refund. Seriously...I wouldn't be this mad if I actually received it.
