The absolute worst pet insurance I've ever had. They went over all my pets medical records, and they even counting things from when she was a puppy and basically said they weren't covering anything that she may get due to her breed. She's a bulldog so saying you're not gonna cover hip dysplasia is a huge thing. I requested my money back for an inaccurate description and being misled and I wanted my subscription canceled and they were very rude and unprofessional. It was a very lengthy process and they made things very difficult.
