Fabulous service and a wonderful job from True Roofing! Our house had no gutters when we bought it, and so after reading other reviews, we called True Roofing. The owner, Kurt Welch, came out to develop a master plan to make sure our beautiful (wood) front doors and other architectural elements would not sustain damage from the monsoons we have around here. After the installation of what seemed like miles of gutters, downspouts, rainwater diverters, etc., we are no longer worried about water damage! The water now goes where it’s supposed to go! Plus, the house looks great!
Always on-time and very professional, Kurt Welch (the owner) oversaw the entire job. It was done right the first time (at an extremely reasonable price), and clean up was fast and thorough. We couldn’t be more pleased! 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks, Kurt, and all the pros at True Roofing!

They are the best for all your needs with mine being a variety on my major project. I needed roof repair, a bolted patio 7’x7’aluminum awning removal, wood replaced/painted(fascia,soffit,1x2s),chimney flashing resealed, new gutters, and some porch gable fascia kick out flashing installed. From the initial estimate to finish, they were professional and on time. The team are great from the owners to the True Roofing work crew always working together. Overall great service. Showed up when they said they would, helped with insurance, and finished quickly. Had a couple small issues with the roof after installation. They came out quickly and fixed them, plus some additional unrelated items at no extra charge. Made it right, even better than before. Professional customer service.
Unresponsive and unreliable. Wes from True Roofing came out to look at leaks in my roof and said he would get back to me with an estimate. After weeks of phone calls to multiple people in the company and several more storms, I've yet to get an estimate or hear anything back from them. Ghosted.
We are very pleased with this Mississippi company. We started having a leak around our chimney in our house we built many years ago. They came out and determined the issue and gave a clear description of a how to solve the problem. We were pleased with both the workmen and the work done. We had a very heavy rain today and I went up in the attic to check - not a drop came through. I highly recommend them!
Easy to work with. Took care of contacting my HOA. Replaced roof in one day and cleaned up EVERYTHING. The crew was fast, friendly, and professional. I had previously used True Roofing for my gutters. So glad I went back to them for my roof. I highly recommend them.
