True North Title has gone out of their way to steal land from us. We trusted True North to execute our home purchase and things went through without a hitch. After closing, they contacted us to sign a deed of correction giving up half of our land. A lawyer contacted them demanding that we make this change but they weren't intelligent enough to realize that they were being scammed. Instead, they were more than happy to listen to a 3rd party to try and rob us of our land. True North doesn't support their customer.
Avoid True North Title and Nest Realty at all costs

The website says the best title company in Virginia and North Carolina. Not living up to that currently. The office is closed at 2pm on a Friday, when Google has them listed as being open until 5pm. My realtor called and told me I needed to drop a check off with them for a security deposit and the place was locked up and all the lights were off. So I guess I’ll swing all the way back out from the other side of Virginia Beach on Monday and see if they’re still closed.
I cannot recommend the services of True North enough! Christine was extremely helpful and went way beyond my expectations for my needs. She was extremely professional and put me at ease.

I needed a last minute notary on an issue of personal urgency. Unfortunately, I am new to the area and don't have a local bank branch. The folks at True North answered the phone, let me come in within the hour, and had me out the door quickly and efficiently, and even gave me a new fed ex envelope to get it in the mail. Great service all around!
