Marc came to our house to talk about Medicare supplement plans (Medigap). He arrived punctually and proceeded to explain all our questions patiently and in plain understandable language. He explained all our options and their relevant costs. Marc went on to say that it was really a matter of what level of risk we were comfortable with. We crunched the numbers and ultimately came to the conclusion that we didn't really need any supplemental plans at this point in time. Marc could have fed us a line about how much we "needed" the extra insurance, but he didn't. So while he didn't get a sale on this visit, he did the right thing. As a consequence Marc earned my undeniable respect and trust for the integrity with which he conducted himself. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for our insurance needs. It is rare to run across a man who puts integrity above a sale. He comes highly recommended by us. Thank you Marc!

Marc jumped in when I needed help with my healthcare after moving to Jacksonville. He was professional, responsive and fast acting to get me the policy I needed. He spent a lot of time with me helping to explain and compare each policy and carrier. It was a lot of looking to get the right policy. I am so thankful to Marc. I am not knowledgeable at all about Medicare and much of the retirement related decisions to be made at my age, pre- 65. Marc took me by " the hand" and explained every single one of my options... AND THERE ARE TONS!. His advice is worth gold. Marc is knowledgeable in all things related to Medicare and very effective in helping to understand the program as standalone insurance and how it relates to Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans. He is especially patient in navigating the entire process from exploring all the options and costs, choosing the most appropriate plan, through completing the required application. My wife and I have always found him to be very responsive to any and all follow-up questions that we have had during the sign-up process and any time afterward regarding coverages. I was fortunate to have a sister who had already been through the process and had found Marc Minor to be her advisor.
