website search engine toll free number and chat don't work, nor does search engine for blood draw sites. only the email,and only for one question (i asked 2 questions and only got answer to 1 question. however answer was helpful . In answer to owner comment I am happy respond but there is no email address provided. Please provide if you want more info. this seems to reflect this business where info is not provided adequately to respond to or to adequately answer questions. Also, just check the website to see that the search engine doesn't work.

I have waited 2 months for my results and nothing. I have tried every way to contact them but it’s near impossible and the emails I’m getting don’t help anyway. I fear I lost out of my money.

Hi Amanda. We were going through some email server issues that were not allowing us to receive emails. We will make sure that you get your test results and also find out from the lab processor why it took so long.
