Beware if using their services. I ordered the AC maintenance package which was not cheap, 300, and the tech spend 20 minutes saying every was good. My AC is not running well and have to hire someone else I called to request another tech but have been ghosted. Save yourself the headache and go with water reputable company.
Lloyd, BT and Lamar came out on a Sunday during Memorial day weekend and not only did they get me a killer deal on a new furnace, they had it up and running quickly. They went above and beyond repairing some of my duct work and making sure the whole system worked properly. It made me feel good about spending a lot of money on an expensive piece of equipment. I will definitely have them back for all my maintenance needs as well. Great small business. Thank you True Blue!!!
We had Art come repair water main valve shut off and a leaking pipe. He was knowledgeable about the project and respectful to have working in our house for hours. would recommend him.
We just had a new Central Air system installed and we are extremely happy and impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the technician. He kept us informed and in the loop as the installation progressed. Since we had drops to the first floor, we were consulted about the exact location for each before the made any cuts in the floors or ceilings. Highly recommended True Blue Heating and Air.
Everything with True Blue Heating & Air was amazing! True blue reached out to me within hours of me first indicating I wanted a job done. They sent someone (James) out for a free estimate same day. Not only was he early, but called before hand and make sure that was okay. He was thorough, quick, and professional. After the estimate, he followed up unbelievably quickly with the pricing and job details. (The quote also came in under the price of another company who told me doing it the way James suggested was more expensive and harder) James came back to my home as soon as possible (less than 2 business days) to complete the job. Prior to arriving, he called to let me know he was on his way and when exactly I could expect him. Each step of the project he walked me through and explained to me. He was (again) quick yet thorough. James cleaned up every bit of mess he made (and more) and was so kind, respectful and communicative. I couldn't recommend True Blue (& James!) more. I hope I have another opportunity to use their services!
Charged $290 to inspect a furnace and condenser, certified it good yet was in horrible shape. Coils had 10years worth of build up and rust, coils in the furnace freezing up and dripping water. Heat exchanger was cracked due to water leakage and leaking CO2. This unreliable company didn't even bother to open the unit up to actually perform the inspection. It was obvious because there was caulking that would have needed to be scored but wasn't. I called them twice, but, they never returned my call. Fly by night operation stood up to steal your money. Stay away. In all reality they are in realtors pockets to fast track a sale. This company only be called as a very last resort. Just be aware that you put your families safety at risk anytime they come out.
Didn't come during my 2 hour window. I called them and they said they would call be back to let me know what was going on. 45 minutes later I called again. They said it would be another 30 minutes so I cancelled. Wasted my time and lost my trust!
Called to schedule appt on 7/10 and was transferred to another person who set it. Come Monday morning, today 7/13, my property mgr had received call from them during the morning stating they had to reschedule for later in after noon between 2 - 4p. I live out of state and have been leasing my home since 2012. And I work in the construction industry and work with Heat and Air contractors on residential projects ALL THE TIME. Well I nor my property mgr never heard from them and they certainly didn't show up. I followed up this evening and got the person representing TBHA who proceeded to attempt contact with whoever? I'm thinking this is just a middleman service who takes calls and contracts with whomever. I have no patience for no show / no call companies, there are too many who will at least call and explain their issue if they can't make it - I get it. But not this company...next!
My house is currently 95 degrees. I scheduled for today, and had I not contacted this company, I very much doubt I would have found out they are not coming to repair my air conditioner. However, they offered to come in three days while I sit in my sweltering house.
DO NOT WORK WITH TRUEBLUE!!
Trueblue said that they could do a plumbing project for me. They're not licensed plumbers and every single part of what they did was against code and led to problems. On top of that, they refused to refund me the cost of the project so I ended up paying thousands to professional plumbers to fix the entire system they slapped together. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! Save yourself the money and find professionals.
Here is a short list of things they did wrong and illegally to my house:
- Several places where the sewage lines are level or causing back-flowing
- The use of metal straps on ABS piping
- Improper ventilation of an entire bathroom system
- Missing pipe glue and leaks
- Straps missing for greater than 4 foot spacing
- Vertical coupling used on horizontal line
- Cleanout on main sewage stack too small for snaking line
- Pushing pipes in so far to perpendicular pipes that they blocked the flow of water
You can't make up how terrible these guys are at this. They came back 4 times to put more glue on the pipes and left a load of other problems.
They're extremely unprofessional, pay no attention to detail, and will refuse to refund you for their mistakes.
There are tons of other HVAC and plumbers in Denver. Find one that knows what they're doing.
Be careful because this company is on HomeAdvisor etc.! I took the day off to have my A/C installed, the installer showed up with equipment and said he would be right back to never return. I called many times but received no return calls for customer service despite being told I would receive return calls. I now have to take another day off because they decided someone else’s install was more important than mine. Waste of paid time off, Careful! I got a call once from them and it was a bail bonds company, apparently the owner also has many other businesses.
Tony was spectacular. He was fair, honest, professional and kind. Easily the best contractor we've ever hired and worked with. I've already referred him once and will confidently refer him to anyone who needs repairs. His communication was amazing and we could not be happier.
I've used them twice now. Once for a furnace that wasn't working. Turned out to be a pretty simple fix that I just had to pay the service fee for. Yesterday, they did an AC check and it was running fine so no charge. I appreciate that they aren't trying to sell me a new HVAC system when it's not necessary yet like a different company did.
