Avoid at all costs. Ryan Boyd is running a rental scam. Every two years, he re-rents the same damaged property and blames tenants for pre-existing issues to keep their security deposits. I lived with a rat infestation for five months—he never fixed it. Plumbing problems were also ignored. When I moved out, he tried to claim normal wear-and-tear (like dirty walls and peeling floors) as "property damage" to justify keeping my deposit. Now he's leaving responses to my honest reviews trying to defend his negligence—but I have all the documentation and photos to back everything up. If I'm lying, prove it. I won’t stop until justice is served. I’m organizing with other past tenants and collecting statements for a potential lawsuit. In Jesus' name, you will be held accountable.

Not enough good things to say about Landon. I recently moved to Indiana and this was my first time purchasing a home. My home search took about 9 months and Landon did not make me feel rushed or pressured during this time. He understood my budget and was aware of the minimal amount I was able to go over on houses. He is very knowledgeable about the infrastructure of homes and was honest with his opinion on each property we checked out. I highly recommend him for anyone looking into purchasing a property!
