I can’t say enough great things about this company. I live in Pinnacle Heights & Suddenly, in the dead heat of summer, my air-conditioning was not operating and had to be replaced. What complicated matters was I have a heart condition and my most important thing is To live in an air-conditioned environment so it wasn’t a matter of vanity~ it wasc a matter of my health. I reached out to your company and I spoke with a very kind Ashley and then Joe ~ I explained how imperative it was for me to have the air-conditioning replaced I was advised it couldn’t be repaired. Joe couldn’t be more kind and couldn’t be more understanding. He put me at ease telling me that as soon as it became available, he would have the new air-conditioning unit installed. Well, Joe came through with flying colors. The unit was installed this morning. The two men that were here were outrageously fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If I could give it 100 stars I would. So if you’re on the fence on what company to call research no longer.!
Very rude technician. I work security at one of the charter schools in Tucson. We’ve had True mechanical come take care of our HVAC needs for a while and it’s usually no issue, but I had the worst employee/customer experience with the last technician that came out to our school. Typically all work orders would be communicated to security (me) so we know who’s coming in. Unfortunately, things fall through the cracks time to time, and when that happens all we ask of visitors and workers is to document their drivers license. This technician not only told me I didn’t know how to do my job, but that I’m ignorant and stupid. That’s he’s never had to check in like this before (as I said we usually know they’re coming) and to get out of his face. Will be discussing with principal and owner of the school about this interaction.
Completely inappropriate while in my apartment fixing the AC. At least four people, kept coming in and out of my apartment to hang out, slamming the door and walking with wet boots on carpet. They talked to friends on speaker phone saying lude and offensive things about women. No one wore masks. I did not feel comfortable. They left a mess. Would not recommend.
Extremely impressed with the work ethic of the employees who did the installation of our AC..very pleasant and very friendly, showed up on time and had the best attitude the entire time they were working even though the temperature and humidity was awful ....Joe you are top notch in our book ,Thanks for looking after us
I will attempt to try this one more time.I would like to send a Kudos out to your company for its diligence , professionalism and how were your two guys , still smiling at 110 I will never know .Thanks Jesus and Sergio and thank Hiland Apartments for sending you. guys who clean up after their selves also. USE this company if you want pros.
