We used Tru Closet Pros for storage racks in our garage. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable, so we decided to use them. From there, it wasn’t such a great experience. The installers drilled several holes in the walls and ceiling before finding what worked. We now have sloppy patch marks on both the wall and ceiling. Even worse was the way that they left our garage. Dust and screws everywhere! I’ve never had a contractor not clean up after a job and not fix or repair something that they damaged. It took my husband almost an hour to clean up after they left. Very disappointed with this company and would not use again.

We understand, that sometimes things happen but we are more than willing to resolve any issue right away, in this case, we were not aware because you didn't communicate with our company on time while it was happening.
Our system contains several steps to make sure things of this nature are reported.
Steps like a walk-through report signed by the customer, payment processing accepting the installation and service as satisfactory both of them were completed by you without reporting any issue.
Finally, we emailed you a survey to find out your overall experience and that's how we found out about this problem.
It's true that sometimes within the process of installing ceiling or wall racks (which are the products that you bought) installers have to find out exactly where the beams are to properly secure them to the house's structure, which created some debris, this is normally clean up at the end of the installation process.
In hindsight, our installers should do a second walk-through to double-check any debris or issue, unfortunately they didn't do it, and for this I'm sorry.
We trained and communicated with our installers about our policy and as soon as we found out through the survey that you had the issue, our office did everything in its power to communicate with you to resolve this matter.
In a matter of fact, we spoke over the phone and you were willing to let us swing and make any modification that you would like to do on the job, even if was signed as completed by you.
We were ready but you canceled the appointment and decided not to proceed.

During my time as a sales representative at TRU CLOSET PROS 2 out of my first 3 commission draws were paid late. I have since quit working for this company since they are very unprofessional and seem to be having cash flow issues. So, I guess it shouldn't be a big surprise that my last draw that was due on 4/29 was not paid at all. Be careful, this company is a scam!! Meeting with an employment attorney tomorrow...
Things went well at the start. The one thing that was just resolved after a very long time (over a year) was that the lock didn’t work on my jewelry drawer. The defective lock was no longer made and one of he installers found one at the hardware store that would work. So, today was a good day. Communication about solving the problem could have certainly been better.
We have used this company for so many projects in our new home , so we definitely have a good sense of the quality they bring to each project. They do an excellent job and we always got several estimates for each of our projects. They easily came in with the best bang for your buck every time. Thanks True Closet.
I have used TRU Closet Pro for my home closets and the experience was wonderful. The projects they are currently working on are unfinished, communication has not been good, and it has been almost 6 months since we started the projects and not one of the three is complete.
Javier came to my house and each member of my family, told him our needs in our closets. They were fabricated just for us . My closet turned out better than I could have imagined! We were so happy with the product and with Javier, we had him come back to do our outdoor kitchen. Javier is amazing and really listens. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
