Project abandoned customer 'ghosted' Tristan's performs a competent job of basic chimney inspections and cleaning; however, the owner and staff lack the experience and skill to repair or remediate issues with cracked masonry tiles. Carol is excellent at scheduling work but cannot compensate for the owner's lack of professionalism in failing to respond to the customer after repeated emails and calls following abandonment of work. Fortunately Avery County had at least one competent and experienced chimney craftsman who repaired the damage and completed the project.

Hello Mr. Strickland,
As the owner, I listened to your phone call on our recorded line and Looked at the emails. We have been in business for over 20 years and have excellent reviews and client service. When a potential client uses curse words at my staff and in email correspondence that client will be fired. We don't want to work for individuals like that. We hope you have the best of luck finding someone who can accomplish what you are asking for.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and personable. Kept everything clean and did nice work cleaning. We have another fireplace which has downdraft issues so he checked the fireplace then offered suggestions to help alleviate this problem. No charge for this extra work. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. The job was done well with no dirty mess in my house. I was told a date and exact time to expect them and they were right on time. The guys were very nice, even helped get my car out of the snow!!! I highly recommend this company, you can’t go wrong!
