Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat 1,5 éves kislányunkkal, mindenkinek ajánlani tudom!
☺ Nagy, kényelmes volt a szoba, fürdőkádas fürdőszobával. Választékos, bőséges és nagyon finom volt a reggeli és a vacsora. Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Tetszett, a 2 külön nagy medence, az egyik hűvösebb a másik meleg vizű (gyerekbarát). Gyerekeknek interaktív programok a medencében és az esti vacsora után is. Nagyon kedves gesztus volt, hogy a gyerekek a reggeli és vacsora után tokeneket kaptak, amit játékokra be lehetett váltani a hotel ajándékboltjában. A parkolás ingyenes a hatalmas parkolóban, esténként nem kellett aggódni, hogy lesz-e helyünk.

☺In die Jahre gekommen aber OK, wenn voll belegt dann kommt der Wellnessbereich an seine Grenzen. Lage am Balaton fantastisch.
Halbpension sehr gut.

A very satisfied family
This is at least the 5th consecutive year when we go to this hotel - sometimes more than ones a year. Very good spa, not only sybolic, excellent restaurant, even for us, vegetarians, very kind personell, who are always helpful an flexible. And very good prizes too. We are very satisfied - that is for why go there again and again.

☺ Everything was truly wonderful. The rooms were very clean, and all the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. The pool was also very clean and well maintained.
We especially enjoyed the dinner – it had a great variety and everything was incredibly delicious. The children’s programs were also fantastic and very well organized.
☹ The only small issue for us was that we were the only foreign guests, and in the kids’ club the activities were held only in Hungarian, so our daughter couldn’t understand the language. However, the staff were very kind and tried their best, and we still had a really great time.

☺Nagyon kedves, segítőkész, barátságos személyzet.
A reggeli, vacsora kifogástalan, sokféle étel, van választék bőven.
A wellness részleg is rendben van.
A hátsó ajtón kilépünk a Balaton partra, tényleg csak pár lépést kell megtennünk egy gyönyörű kis parkon át.
Mindenképp szeretnénk nyáron is visszatérni egyszer!
☹Összességében minden tetszett, egyedül egy dolog lenne ami hiányzott. Sajnos a vizes fürdőruhákat nem volt egyszerű megszárítani. Se ruhaszárító állvány, se fűthető radiátor nem volt a fürdőben.
Ez az egy kis apró részlet, ami kicsit zavaró volt.
