💪 Proudly Standing by Our Team and Our Honest Work at Dev Diwali We appreciate your feedback and are always open to constructive suggestions. However, we would like to clarify a few points to ensure transparency and fairness to both our guests and our team who worked tirelessly throughout the Dev Diwali trip. Firstly, there were no hidden charges or misleading inclusions in this trip. Every detail of the itinerary and package was shared in advance. The boat ride inclusions were clearly mentioned — food was not included. However, upon the group’s special request, we still went out of our way to arrange some snacks for everyone as a goodwill gesture. Each traveler received one complimentary water bottle daily, as per policy. The group collectively consumed 33 additional bottles, which were fairly divided among all participants. The Subah-e-Banaras and Bhairav VIP passes were never part of the original plan. These were added only after the group requested them, and everyone consented to the optional payment before proceeding. We had also arranged breakfast for all guests at the hotel, as per standard hospitality norms. Complimentary breakfast is valid at the hotel — if guests choose to eat outside, it is at their own expense. Despite multiple last-minute changes from the group to include places like Sankat Mochan Temple and special VIP access to Bhairav Temple, our team ensured every request was accommodated — even when it was not part of the initial itinerary or cost. During Dev Diwali, managing a group of 10 women in a city flooded with lakhs of people is not easy. Our TripLeader and local guide stayed on duty from early morning till late night, ensuring your safety and comfort every single day. We take great pride in maintaining honesty, safety, and transparency in all our operations. While we welcome feedback on improving stay quality or arrangements, accusations of “hidden charges” or “loot” are entirely baseless and disrespectful to the team’s hard work.
