Trident was an ok Lab before, now it is part of a Corporate Office that is handling many labs & they are not in control & all over the place!! Nobody picked up the phone from feb 2024 to may 2024, in mid may 2024, they started answering the phone but customer service is clueless, accounting dept always unavailable, portal cannot be accessed & if accessed it's not updated, it says case is on hold, but in reality it is not, so its misleading, accounts are not correct, they over charging and they don't send you paper statements, for you to review your account before payment & they expect you to pay on time otherwise you pay an interest!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Plus they have posted on line that if you give them a great review on google, then you will get $50 off your net case!! IMAGINE...

I will say please beware of this company if u are seeking employment. Just be patient for a different opportunity. Not everyone there is bad but you will find out quickly how much you are valued at this company. I was on a temporary assignment all but for a few weeks and this particular place was very unorganized, from day one mean while they have a receptionist that constantly watches all the temps like we are prisoners and goes back and reports false information to management after she decides she doesn't like you anymore for whatever reason that is not relevant to the job. The actual call center itself is in desperate need of redesigning on the inside. Empty rooms with equipment in it bug spray out in the open for all to see and sometimes barely any food in the vending machines and dirty carpeting. Unfortunately I was falsely accused of taking time from them in but my alleged actions had never been reported to the tempt agency ironically. In the mean time as a temp they are only paying at 18$ a hour which also extremely ridiculous considering the cost of living in CA. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to work here let alone do any type of business with this company. For the ones that I saw bust there bottoms daily for that place and are still in the same positions as they were on day one I pray that you receive the blessings you deserve the world is full of people that unfortunately are good at pretending but in due time all will be revealed. I guess they thought if they went under several other names like otec, East edge, studio 360 ect. outside of trident that that would help the business but it's not and now those other people are still not getting back the items they need for their patients in a timely manner because management is now running off people with incredible potential. All I can say is in my short amount of time there I can see and understand why many employees decided to walk away as well and I surely won't be the last. I wish them the best.

I really hate to give bad reviews... This isnt in regard to their lab work just commincations. Trying to communicate with them is impossible. They need to hire someone to be on the phones. I was on hold 3 different times on 3 different days to try to figure out where our case was and no answer. The case is already late 2 weeks. We ended up having to resend to another lab.

Recently this lab has not been responsive. The portal is not working and they are not answering their calls. My assistant mentioned the last time she was able to talk to someone...they mentioned their system was hacked.

They have lost 2 cases in 2 weeks confirmed by UPS that they received, they don’t answer and don’t return our calls. Horrible customer service and apparently very unprofessional and unorganized.

Absolutely horrified at the lack of communication from this company!!! When someone was finally reached to check status they give you so many different excuses.

What is going on? I sent a case and no one is answering the phone or following up? Please I need the case back. Please follow up…

Cannot get in contact with anyone inside the lab, and we have lost multiple cases that they are unable to check on. The portal is not accurate, and nobody is giving updates. & We got bills for things that we have not even received back yet. Bad experience.

Why can't I contact lab waiting for case....horrible communication...u should credit each dr. who lost face because of ur misfortune...but its our problem!!

Had bridges done 2 times. And it bought broke. Had crowns done too. Poor quality open margins and breaking crowns. They only do 1 basic Triconia. Even they charge more for layered.Right there, they are DISHONEST. I even had a sticker on the lab slips on how crowns and bridges's anatomy, contact embrazures etc. Hit and miss quality. And they DO NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY on your credit card. Beware!

pLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CASES TO THIS LAB. GAVE THEM A SECOND TRY AND JUST GOT WORST THE SECOND TRY. CASES IN LAB FOR UP TO 1 MONTH. CONSTANT DELAYS MAKING MY PATINET VERY UPSET. PLEAE STAY AWAY..

Worst dental lab ever!!! The staff is very incompetent and the employees hang around the outside of the office building getting high on their lunch breaks. Absolutely terrible place!

Avoid this lab at all costs at least for removable. I have used this lab for the last 19 years and always knew their partials would drop right in but in the last 6 months, I have every case remade at least 3 times and this last time I asked to have the case sent back to have another lab finish it. It too has not arrived when they promised and is still in California. I'm done with this lab forever.

Avoid this lab at all cost. I am beyond frustrated with using this lab due to the amount of remakes and also the amount of time spent on the phone figuring out how they could possibly mess a case up so badly. They have zero quality control. Shade matching is impossible for them (even with their own products).Their customer service reps have no dental knowledge at all. Save yourself the frustration and try literally any other dental lab in the world first.
