Just started going to Dr Faria, who we really liked, however we have been calling over two weeks to get an updated order for the Dexcom meter sent to the supplier. I have been leaving daily messages and speak to office staff who sound like they live on a farm in another country with chicken background noises and kids crying. Just want a refill script, not sure why it can’t be completed. Will be stopping by the office next week to see where the disconnect is but it is a hour and half drive from our house.
At first, I had heard positive things about Dr. Faria and made multiple attempts to establish care. Over the past 3 months, I reached out several times through the general contact email to ask a straightforward question and inquire about becoming a patient.
I received one initial response promising to follow up with me. However, there was no follow-up after that despite repeated attempts. My inquiries went unanswered, and I was unable to obtain the basic information needed to move forward. This reflects poorly on the office’s responsiveness to new patients.
Three months without resolution for a simple inquiry is not an acceptable standard when trying to establish care. This speaks volumes of what an established patient would encounter with continued poor communication and raises questions on the quality of care.
Based on this experience, I chose to seek care elsewhere.
Dr Cassard may be good but her office is not. Three phone calls were not returned on separate occasions. I asked for the results of a breathing test taken at her office they said I couldn’t have it until I saw the doctor. When I told them my cardiologist wanted it they told me it was lost and I had to repeat the test at another facility. That did not prevent them from billing Medicare. They also billed Medicare for managing medical care $200 on January 31, 2026. I have seen the doctor twice, 10/22/25 and 11/12/25; not this year. I find this unusual. I am no longer her patient.
Worse experience I’ve had with their customer service! Most dr respond to patients but not at this office! Will be finding a new Endocrinologist!

I’m truly sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the administrative experience at the office.
As a physician, my priority is to provide attentive, compassionate, and evidence-based medical care to my patients, which is reflected in the many reviews highlighting their clinical experience with me directly.
While I do not have control over all administrative or customer service processes, I value all feedback and will ensure it is shared with the appropriate team. I wish you the best in your future care👌.

Dr Cassard sent my Mother to a facility far from her home in Summerfield, to Inverness Florida! Why?!
We live out of state. Freedom Point is very close to her home in Summerfield Florida, no answer!
I, as legal DPOA of my Mother and living out of state, I sent a certified letter, called the office several times, several emails, as legal DPOA and requesting my Mother medical records, they totally ignored my request.
Why was that? What Dr and their office ignores family members? I tried for a month and gave up! I’m sure that’s what they wanted!
Why? That’s scary! Who does that? Are they hiding something?
If the ratings had negative black stars for review I would rate with black stars!
I am followed in hospital by Dr Racha Cassard. She is amazing! Got my pain completely under control. She is super easy to talk to about anything. This is my 2nd time where she has been involved in my care, and the 2nd time she's proven to be an "above and beyond" type of doctor. Thanks Dr Cassard? Unfortunately she's isn't in my network of providers. Sorry insurance company but I am a complicated patient and Dr Cassard is the perfect fit to lead my medical needs as my PCP. So I will be dropping you, and getting new insurance. Sorry bout it.

Thank you for sharing your kind words. We’re glad to know our team made a positive difference during your care. Your feedback means a lot and we’ll be sure to share it with our staff.
My husband and I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Cassard as our primary doctor. We find her to be very respectful, kind, thorough and really interested in our health care needs. She is very easy to talk to and provides detailed information so we leave the office feeling completely comfortable.
Dr Cassard is my new Doctor, I’ve seen her twice already and boy am I impressed with her. She is a younger Doctor but she is professional, kind, thoughtful and thorough! Honestly one of the best primary care doctors I’ve ever sat with. Excellent bedside manner. I am excited about the treatment plan she has set up for me & I’m looking forward to seeing her again in December!
I came to Dr. Cassard after a major health incident, feeling dismissed and hopeless from two hospital visits where my symptoms were brushed off and I was told to de-sress and lose some weight and I would feel better. My life had been derailed I couldn’t even manage normal daily activities it was the worst couple of weeks of my life.
Dr. Cassard truly listened, believed me, and worked hard to find answers. She ordered the MRI that revealed I had suffered a stroke something the other Doctors had missed and wouldn’t even consider because I was “too young.” She quickly connected me to the right specialists and medication, putting me on the path to recovery and a healthier life.
She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I see her at both the Summerfield and Wildwood locations, where the staff are also consistently kind , helpful and overall very lovely people.
I am so grateful I was recommended to Dr. Cassard. Without her, I don’t believe we ever would have gotten to the bottom of what was wrong. She is an exceptional doctor, and I feel lucky to have her as my primary care physician

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Faria and her team, and I felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Isabella, her MA, was warm and kind, really listening and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Faria was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt heard and understood. I’m so happy I established care with her!
