Awful customer service, they never have stock, when you talk on the phone no one can understand you, they dont know a single thing about medical cannabis and I have to explain the importance of terpenes to someone that works there. Im trying to speak to a manager atm to put a complaint in but they wont put you through to them. I only joined this clinic because cancard did a offer with them. Avoid avoid avoid
For your own sanity and stress levels avoid this clinic the best you can!!
I have been a patient for over a year now and can't wait to find a new clinic.
Issues
1. Slow pharmacy
2. Contact slow or cant even get through
3. Doctors give you 1 bit of info 1 month the next month they change what they say and when you mention it they say it was a different product
4. Always low on stock
5. Slow process from request of prescription
6. Out of 16 prescription Ive had from them I can say only 5 I didn't have to call about and chase
7. They are very good at losing your prescription
Dont do it to yourself! 11 months of issues and hours of calls every month with no solutions! Every month I have to ring to sort my prescription out as something is always wrong or delayed. Having a big issue when it comes to amending their mistakes, they won't tell you if some medication is missing and then will make you wait a week to reorder it. Their system isn't perfect and need lots of work.
This clinic is absolutely shocking. My Husband is finding himself under an extreme amount of stress trying to get any help from the customer services team, we’ve been given a mobile number that consistently goes to voicemail and the call centre are unable to assist. We threatened to leave last month due to the terrible service we’d received since joining Treat-It however we were advised that a new pharmacy was being used and the issues will not continue. 1 month down the line and we’re experiencing the same problems. Very very disappointing considering how much money we spend with you.
Has to be the most unorganised clinic
Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn't resolved. The pharmacy newgroove isn't much help either they just seem to blame each other. So now I've requested to move clinic as there are tons of better clinics! I'd avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

Many over a week late
Pharmacy missed my prescription in the pile once.
Treat it blame the pharmacy and the pharmacy blame treat it.
You say this is important medication but if I got my heart medication a week late I’d be dead.
Forced to buy illegally 4 times since I started using this service. It could be an amazing service but something is going terribly wrong

Have been a patient at this clinic for over a year and can honestly not say a bad word about them. They genuinely care about my health and are supportive of me being as self-sufficient as possible.

I have found Treat-It clinic amazing from day 1. The GP i had my initial consultation with was great and made me feel at ease from the off, especially as it can be pretty nerve racking during the initial consultation. She was very proffesional but also personable and listened to my medical issues fully and understood my pain and issues. The reception team are always great and willing to help, either via phone or by whatsapp message. The nurse is lovely, i explained some issues to her about my prescription and she understood without me needing to over-explain the situation, and the prescribing specialist is also very knowledgable and really seems keen to tailor your treatment plan to your individual, specific needs ie medications that work/do not work for you. All in all, five star service so far. Well done Treat-It!
