So happy with the service and outcome. My treadmill was SO LOUD. He suspected it was the bearings in the rollers, he was right. All the bearings needed to be replaced, including in the motor. He called his supplier right away to price the parts and provided a full quote right there. He also worked directly with Sole for the new motor as it was on warranty. The new motor was mailed directly to me and within a few hours of receiving it we had a follow up time to reassemble with the new parts. In all the price was great, 6 business days from start to finish, and it’s nice a quiet once again. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend the service. Abib was quick to respond to our inquiry about a treadmill repair and was happy to accommodate our requested time slot. He was punctual to the appointment and was able to complete the repair during the initial visit with ease. He was extremely thorough, and tested all elements of our treadmill. Once the defective part was replaced & tested Abib spent additional time recommending to us how to best maintain our treadmill which was very thoughtful. Abib was also respectful of our home and left no mess behind. Service costs were reasonable and fair. Initial issue with our equipment: Treadmill would turn on and belt will begin moving only to stop shortly after.
