Horrible! Don't do it Horrible, the sales girl is Gettysburg was nice and parks are nice but speaking to the corporate people not helpful at all. They don't get back to you in a timely manner. I've had an issue I referred someone and was supposed to get a gift never got it. There saying it was entered wrong when they joined but not my problem. Also, had an issue when first joining about payment and the manager told me to basically F off. I'm telling you don't join they make it sound great but its not. I've only joined a year and a couple months ago. I can keep going but think you got the point. Don't do it.

Beware tra Talked to tra about getting out of program.they said pay off what you owe and just give it back or give deposit of 2500 and add plus finance another 2000 plus another 10000 up grade program pay this off then will give you two years to sell it then you are stuck with it. These people and outfit prey on seniors so I recommend stay away.

Con, scam, timeshare Not a timeshare I was promised, pay as you go I was told" neither are true. My wife and I have had a $12,000.00 bill sitting on our credit bureau for years, trashing our credit because this company will not own up to their lies and con. After many calls, emails, and pleads we were literally told "that sucks" I did not want to sign up but the sincere promise we were told that walk away at anytime .... you owe nothing and are owed nothing. We work 40+ hrs a week, pay our bills go to church, live life as honest as possible. I take this very personal. I cannot even get approved for a loan because of this on my credit. I will die before I pay it. It's not about the money, it's the principle

Beware, Kenny will show you a platform that you do not get This place is a scam they trick you into coming there and then they push you into a meeting where you are told that you get access to certain things that you will never get they will show you platforms and talk about amazing trips that their families went on but be aware you will not get access to that platform they show you And everything they say about availability and access to their campgrounds is a lie and then when you try to cancel the contract within the time limit, they will refuse to do so they’ll also refuse mediation. I recommend everybody put a complaint in with the state attorney general, because they seriously want to look into this place and their practices . If you go into a meeting with them, I highly recommend that you record it and don’t let them know it. I took a trip thinking I could have access like they said to the campgrounds and the platform. I ended up booking all my stuff online through Travelocity, which even had cheaper rates than this campground or this company so the discount they tell you, you are nothing but a lie

Bait and switch at its best. Completely mislead by the phone rep. The campsites were nothing like they were described. Packed in without regard for the size of your rig. Narrow sites with poor access. Cancelled the whole thing before I stayed and glad I didn't have to sit through a sales presentation for a company who obviously had no regard for me and only wanted my $$!

We got a membership through Midwest Outdoor Resorts which was sold to Travel Resorts of America. We did not purchase a lifetime membership and we paid our loan in full so we no longer have a membership. They keep sending me bills for maintenance fees. I informed them that I paid up my loan and am no longer a part of this company. The billing agent told me regardless, I will still be charged for maintenance fees. I told her I am not paying for something I don't have and want to speak to a supervisor. She then told me a supervisor would tell me the exact same thing and hung up on me.

Great location friendly staff. Ceiria and Elizabeth were wonderful. Campers are packed in like sardines. When we come again we'll camp towards back of park. They definitely need more sewer sites. Very enjoyable overall.

Rushmore Shadows. Nice resort. Nice pull thru sites with plenty of room. Nice dog park with lots of room. Staff pleasant. Do feel some updates or upgrades needed. Pool and bathroom need updates and several rv resorts and parks now offer food which would be nice. Would recommend the place and be back when in area again.
