I'm extremely disappointed with the travel experience provided by your company. The road transportation was poorly managed—vehicles were uncomfortable, not well-maintained, and drivers lacked basic professionalism. There was zero coordination or concern for passengers’ comfort or safety.
To make matters worse, the hotel arrangements were equally pathetic. Rooms were not as promised—unclean, poorly maintained, and far below even basic standards. It’s shocking that a travel partner would associate with such subpar accommodations.
This entire experience felt careless and disorganized. I expected a minimum level of service, but this was far below acceptable. I would not recommend your services to anyone unless there is a drastic improvement in quality and management.
