Been to this Dr 2 times each to me has been over a hour wait time before I even see the Dr
Signs all over the office trying to justify their taking so long
More than once no excuses
Can’t call in for bloodwork results you have to come back in and pay another copay

I was so sick that I was unable to get out of bed, and I called 5 times throughout the day. Every time, I was met with the response: "please call back during our office hours, from 9 to 5." I made my first call at 10AM and the last one at 3PM. Now that's just rich.
Doctors and nurses have always been thoughtful and helpful but the front desk staff can be rude sometimes, even to their coworkers :(

The front desk and a doctor here are not very nice. They treat students like strangers and OBVIOUSLY they do not care about them. All nurses are nice though! Hope that the Northwestern U Student Affairs will actually look into this...

The employees are kind, but the other patients are often quite rude to me whenever I go in for my weekly prostate exam.
