It would be awesome if y’all could answer the phone. If you’re so short staffed that no one can answer, whoever’s over yall needs to hire you some help. A public health organization that ignores phone calls. Ridiculous.

I was able to get an appointment to restart my depo which I had forgotten to get after moving. They fit me in within the same week I called for the appointment. I was checked in and called back immediately. The NP was very kind and courteous. The whole appointment took less than 30 min and I was able to get to work on time! And the already scheduled my appointment for the next shot.
Absolutely worst customer service ever . Told me they were scheduling a November appointment for my WIC and never scheduled it . So my benefits lapsed . When I tried making an appointment because they screwed up they tell me they can't get me in until January. Absolute trash place to go
I haven’t actually had a bad experience inside the business. But the phone service is absolutely terrible. Their phone line drops the call every call I’ve made ever. I’ve had to call a total of 8 times trying to speak to the front desk and each time ring after ring, after pressing one and listening to the operator, no luck. Each time the call eventually hangs up. I guess I will just have to go up there to ask any questions. For all of 5 mins when it could have been handled over the phone.

Rude office staff the supervisor is the worst one. Not helpful and unprofessional.
They need to fix their phone lines. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone when the call automatically drops you.
Just short of being assaulted during my examination to see the dietitian almost a 5 hour interrogation followed by a 37 min phone conversation by a NP days later “you’re gonna die if you don’t come back” from a chart that I delivered. My fav is the number of times I explained my situation and the emotions of denial from the same NP and her blatant belligerence to documented facts
Called twice at 2:20 pm, and no one answering at the front desk. They just keep hanging up after 5 or 6 rings. So much for being available.

I’ve traveled/lived in multiple states across the U.S. The Murfreesboro, TN location, by far, is one of the best facilities I’ve ever had the unfortunate opportunity to visit! Firstly, it is clean!! The entire staff is knowledgeable, dependable and very efficient!! No one enjoys going to a doctors office yet this facility (and every one of its employees) eased my hesitancy after the first visit. Congrats to the entire staff for turning an unavoidable visit into an actual pleasure. Kudos to All that put in the efforts and actually caring!!

Public service is a tough role to play by itself... but public service as the health department is a whole other animal. I've only had to come here a handful of times over the years to pick up copies of birth or death certificates and I have always had a great experience. Kind and helpful.
They say they do adults dental extractions in fact they only do one adult a week the rest is filled with kids dental extractions
