Young racist employees spoken with several customers who will agree If I could take away that star I would. I went into that store as I have for 3 years three young people were working in the back three young people that know who I am the tall brown hair girl walked up to me and I asked her to get my bag of chicken feed gave me a hard time and finally went and got the bag I turned my back and I asked her to place it on the counter and repeatedly she kept saying take it here it is take it she won't take it from me she won't take the bag of chicken feed she won't take it I wear an audio camera I can prove everything I said is true the young blonde in the back who knows exactly who I am was laughing and carrying on they got the young manager to come up to the front and literally trespassed me from a store that I have spent thousands of dollars in because the right people were not working that day people who know that I am kind I went there on the 18th yesterday to try and speak with a manager and as always I was praying with one of the customers and the young man walked up to me and said get out of my store or I'm going to have to call the police and have you trespassed I am 61 years old with cancer shop there for 3 years and a bunch of thugs who had authority over the store that day showed their asses well and when I get through writing my review for Sunday's paper and letting everyone know at Moffitt and telling everyone the truth about how racist and arrogant and evil the people that work at the store really are I hope it shuts down I pray it shuts down I will ask God to punish those in that store who has committed such evilness against good people may God have mercy read my blog on Sunday I spoken with a hundred people who have been treated poorly in this store I'm not the only one and if you have cancer I beg of you there are a thousand places you can buy chicken feed a thousand places for even cheaper don't go there anymore if you have cancer I beg of you if you are elderly I beg of you and if you're against drug addicts and drug dealers and you are truly a child of God find a new store because this place is a joke overpriced chickens $200 at the flea market they were 59 bucks trust me my words are true and I've had enough of being bullied by Young Thugs because they can may God punish those who deserve it and I pray that store gets shut down when I'm through with it no one should ever be treated with such disrespect by young people they have no respect and I was evicted from a shop that I did absolutely nothing wrong except maybe evict one of their family members or have one of their family members put in jail for dealing drugs that I've been doing in this neighborhood diligently so I guess I have some enemies and if they're at Tractor Plus then no one should shop there and I mean this sincerely young people have no respect and if you speak with Miss Tina she will tell you I am one of the kindest sweetest elderly women that have ever come into that store but I got a mouth and I'm going to let everyone know exactly what went on that day and on the 18th when I went to speak to a manager I even tried to call customer service they don't even want to hear the truth so we'll put it on TV for everyone to see sincerely miss me

Liberty 4 wheel hose cart - RUST included!! I purchased a Liberty 4 wheel hose cart that rusted after a little over 1 month. I sent an email to their store and nobody ever replied. I then wrote directly to supplier Liberty and they claim their warranty does not cover rust.....really? after 1 month!!! I called the store and they only take returns within 30 days....what a coincidence. The store nor the supplier stand behind their product and these people need to be reported to the BBB. Beware...Stay away from them and their cheap products!!!!

Tried to exchange an interstate battery under warranty. I called and man said they carry interstate. I went in and they are interstate batteries but tractor supply puts their own "traveler" brand sticker on battery that also says, "powered by interstate batteries". They didnt want to honor the warranty, which has a year left, and said, "walmart has interstate batteries." Well, I'm at walmart and looks like they definitely dont have interstate batteries. The manager only wanted to communicate by their walkie talkie and didnt want to come out and take care of the issue, nor help the 2 ladies that were busy up front. Do your job, people. Honor the warranty timelines of the products you carry, and dont tell people to fulfill warranties at a different store that YOU can take care of. Its not good for business.

Extra warranties bit of a scam I would give the store a 4 or 5. However the extra warranty package that can be purchased has been in my experience a bit of a scam. I rarely purchase them. However I bought the wireless wi fi dog fence. I was told at check out that should anything happen to the collar / receiver ( because it’s in the care of the dog) the warranty would replace it. However, when my dog managed to drop the receiver off of the collar I was told it would only be honored if I could return the defective receiver. Clearly not how it was sold to me.

Nice staff but the website doesn't accurately show what the store has in stock. Better off going to Lowes or Menards.

Ordered a Cub Cadet zero-turn mower. Greenwood store secured one from Mooresville and delivered promptly. Mowed beautifully twice, then wouldn’t start for anything. Asked for a return and refund. Today both happened with no hassles. Highly recommend this place for OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Tractor Supply of Greenwood!

Updated review: The district manager was kind enough to get back with me on the issue and honored the price. Careful shopping here, their mistake of not pricing items right means nothing to them. And they won't honor the price you seen.

the worst store to buy lawnmower I bought a lawnmower and it came out defective, I returned to the store and the manager did not want to replace it, they only send you to call the power plus and there they only tell you that in 3 days and so they bring it to one of 3 days and no solve nothing

I called their number because it was listed on the PetVet website to get vaccine records for a client we had in our clinic. The person who initially answered was very confused, so they put me on hold. I figured I'd be transferred to the PetVet phone. A guy then picked up and was already seemingly irritated. I introduced myself and what I was calling for and he treated me like I was the dumbest person ever. He said "I don't know who you think you are, but this isn't some clinic in Lafayette." I reiterated that I was trying to call the Greenwood PetVet that is in the tractor supply and he continued to interrupt me and say I've got the wrong number and making me feel stupid. If I got the wrong number, that's fine, maybe point me in the right direction, but it's not okay to make clients feel like we're idiots and like we're the biggest inconvenience to YOU. I was just calling a number that was listed on the website. I did not sign up to get berated by a grumpy employee

Dakota provided odd customer service. Acted like we were the problem because her store didn't have tags. Weird. We love Tractor supply but this was odd and rude. So glad to be moving to Franklin for better experiences at that store.
