I wouldn't recommend Town House Specialty Cleaning. Setting up the appointment involved many back-and-forth emails, with long response times. Questions we sent in email (such as "do I need to be there to let you in") went unanswered.
They assured us that our building had their insurance on file, but when I got there, it didn't, and they didn't contact anyone. Once I got that settled, they were able to clean the windows.
They sent two cleaners. The cleaner who cleaned my bedroom did a great job, but the living room windows are still grungy.
When they were leaving, they asked how I was paying. I showed them that the email where I asked for service said I could pay by check, but they said I could also pay in cash. I asked how much I'd pay in cash and they didn't know. They also had no idea who the person who emailed me in the first place was.
I had to specifically ask them to email me the invoice, but they didn't include an address to mail the check!
I found them randomly on Google. Scheduled an apartment cleaning and was able to get it done for the following week with the help of Alex ( my point of contact within the company). He was very helpful and informative as this was the first time I used this company. The cleaning staff that came to clean my apt. was very thorough and was very happy with their work.
