Mediocre audio tour
This is a self-guided tour but the same price as a guided tour. The audio tour was mediocre. We booked the tour last-minute, so it was one of the only options available. We were able to get in to all three sites. The tickets did not include any of the enclosed museums in the parks.

It is also clearly explained that last-minute tickets are more expensive because of their limited availability and the difficulty of obtaining them close to the visit date.If you are looking for lower prices and a wider choice of options, the best solution is simply to book well in advance. Last-minute availability always comes at a premium, not only for the Colosseum but for most major attractions around the world.The ticket inclusions are clearly described on the product page before booking, so there should have been no surprises about what was and was not included.

Fascinating tour beneath St Peter's - back to the times of Peter's martyrdom in Rome. Opportunity to learn and see history from the early church and what life (and death) was like in the 1st century in Rome. Guided by an archeologist, with knowledge and enthusiasm, makes this a must do experience. Our only hiccup, the guide that started our tour didn't alert a member of our group about the strictness of dress code - we needed to cover up some 70 year old knees (a nearby vendor sold a wrap that rectified naked knees).

The Colosseum was beautiful, and there was absolutely no doubt about that. We booked a last-minute tour with an audio guide, and luckily, the staff sent us all the instructions and tickets via message and email the day before. Read the exclusions carefully (VIP part)
Though Sabrina did a great job of giving us a tour of the tomb of St. Peter the tickets we bought stated that it included a VIP to the Basilica. BUT all that really means is it covers the entrance not the guided tour part. So you are left on your own for the rest of tour which was fine with us but based on the description we thought the guided tour was for both activities listed on the ticket. In the fine print it did say entry to the Basilica. And that’s exactly what we got. Not sure worth the $249.

When we planned our trip to Rome, my husband tried for iver 6 months We to try amd secure spots for us on the Scavi tour directly through The Vatican, with no luck. He stumbled upon this tour and we jumped on the chance. We met our guide outside a store across from St Peter's. It was very easy to find her. She was so positive and cheerful. She gave us some history and explained somethings about the Vatican, then we left her and were escorted to the area when we met the guide who took us through the Scavi tour, which was fascinating. Highly recommend!

We did a wonderful tour with this agency, but the best part was their incredible customer support. I made a mistake during booking and accidentally bought only two tickets instead of three. Private Vatican Tour with Breakfast Papal Gardens
Nothing was private, they advertised breakfast in papal garden where pope greets dignitaries. Cooked by pipes cook. Limit 10....845 was our time slot, July 3, 2026. There were 10 of us 450.00 per couple. $2250. The tour was not private, we did not enter early. Breakfast was not a papal setting, it was a covered square in the middle of a grass area, surrounded by 100 others, having breakfast. Surrounded by hundreds of people being held back by fences. Advertised cooked by popes cook, well 2 small pancakes literally tossed on your plate, with bowls with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon. Serve yourself. Beverages extra. No extra nothing. 25 minutes to eat. Terribly disappointing, way way way overpriced. Felt like a scam. Museum of course beautiful, but the number of people were shoulder to shoulder with NO PLACE to sit or rest.... Reconsider this tour, you will be disappointed.. bring water as none was offered...

Thank you for your review, although we have to admit it left us rather puzzled.You describe a breakfast in the Papal Gardens, prepared by the Pope's chef, with exclusive access and other inclusions that sound... interesting. The only problem is that **we have never sold, advertised, or offered any product remotely resembling what you describe**.So we're left with two possibilities: either you reviewed the wrong company, or you've confused your experience with someone else's. In either case, your review has nothing to do with us.Before accusing a business of running a scam, it is usually worth checking whether you're reviewing the correct supplier. That small detail tends to make a big difference.
