Wow I don’t even know where to start. Staff isn’t rude but unorganized. I have been waiting for a prescription for over a year and Obviously gave up… lol I don’t recommend this place at all. They’re not serious. The doctor isn’t rude but he only shows up for a few seconds and you can tell that it’s just to comply because a licensed doctor needs to be present but really… he’s somewhere else. Overall, I just don’t recommend this place.

This was my second visit. While I appreciated Ariana and Britany being kind, polite, and very understanding, I was disappointed with several aspects of today's appointment. I had already gone over my allergies during my first visit, so I was confused when much of this appointment focused on reviewing the same information again. I waited 2-3 months for this appointment expecting to discuss and receive food allergy testing. After explaining my health concerns, I was repeatedly told that the testing could produce false positives. I understand that concern, but I still wanted the opportunity to proceed with the testing and make an informed decision. I was also confused about my insurance coverage. I paid a copay and was later told my insurance may not be covering the visit. I emailed the requested insurance information to the office and then spent a significant amount of time waiting while the issue was being investigated. I was concerned about missing my second appointment because of the delay. My first visit also left room for improvement. The assistant I worked with did not seem very welcoming, and when performing the skin testing, I felt my requests to be gentle were not taken into consideration. I believe the office could improve by focusing on patient communication, empathy, and listening more carefully to patient concerns. Patients come to an allergy clinic because they are seeking answers and want to explore possible causes of their symptoms. Even when there are limitations to certain tests, patients should feel heard and involved in the decision-making process. I want to recognize Ariana for her professionalism and kindness during my visit. She was respectful, patient, and understanding, and I appreciate the positive attitude she brought to the interaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience for future visits.

VERY strange experience! Too many staff coming in and out. Told my same story to different personnel at least 4 times, but I swear there were 4-6 different staff at intervals. Everyone was wearing masks. Including myself!! With the exception of the girl that came in from her lunch break, Than removed her mask to tell me about how hot her HOT Cheetos we're, and then proceeded to do my allergy test. During my allergy prick test, I find out the girl giving me the medical procedure was not even medically trained?! $150 co-pay. I do not blame this girl, I blame the allergy testing center for sending in an untrained assistant to administer my skin test. I will not return here.

Went there today for the first time, it had been over an hr from the appointment I was assigned to for my toddler, they took so long I finally just got up and left, they kept calling everyone else but us. I asked them when we were going to get called they said we were number 3 in line there had to be about 5 more persons that got called so I wasn't going to waste a minute more and left.

Each time I go I see a different provider. It would be nice, like every other doctor, to be assigned one provider and stick with them. My appointment was in late February, 2026. This provider told the clerk to give me the soonest next available appointment. That turned out to be in late May! When phoning in callers cannot speak to a live person, they have to leave a message. I don't understand why but in 2026 they are still using Covid rules, requiring everyone to wear masks.

This place might quite literally be the worst. I have had so few positive interactions with the office staff. They are still enforcing mask regulations which is really just bizarre at this point - but I understand its an office that deals with allergens and immune compromised people . The doctors themselves seem just fine. Everything from scheduling, billing, medical records, nurses I've struggled with most people I've had to interact with have been unkind, they just all seem over it. Appointments are always booked out for months. Everyone just transfers you elsewhere or tells you its someone else's issues. I've spent hours waiting in waiting rooms or to see doctors. I have tried so hard to just be grateful to be established somewhere knowing we only had to go there every few months. My last straw was being rejected from help paying for a medication because this office repeatedly violated the terms of the prescription - like how bad does your office have to be to get blacklisted for stuff like that? I am being forced elsewhere - which is frustrating to get reestablished elsewhere on self pay. No one was willing to help with referrals and its been hard to get medical records. At the end of the day, I would say if you have another option - just go elsewhere everything at this place is a chore. Save yourself the trouble.

Unfortunately, I can see why the reviews are what they are. My pediatrician, who is great, referred my child here. They called quickly once the referral went through, and I was able to get an appointment with a couple weeks. They’re on it with reminders. The staff were nice enough, but that’s where the pros end. It’s crowded (as other reviews mention), and they obviously just overbook. A PA met with us and then the doctor saw us for a few minutes and quickly walked out before I could even ask my questions. After requesting the doctor come back to answer my questions, the PA said he was with someone else and made a poor attempt to answer my questions (she was new, so I don’t fault her for that). I didn’t leave with any more information than I came there with and frankly, I did not feel very confident with the information that was provided to me either. Not a terrible experience, but it was basically a waste of time and a $100 copay.

Waste of time and money coming here. All they care about is getting you in to get the co pay money. I was told by the Dr. That he didn't want to do an allergy test because he didn't feel like "poking me over 100 times". I was clearly having a reaction to something.

While Dr. Tottori is a great doctor, his Cheyenne office is consistently overcrowded and overbooked. The scheduling department is extremely disorganized. I spoke with a female named Alondra, who seemed unsure of the process, and it has been over a week without any follow-up or appointment scheduled. At this point, I will be seeking care with another allergist

Not even going to waste my time listing out the dozen+ reasons I’m leaving this review - they sure wouldn’t take the time for their patients.

I had my first appt. today. I've had bad allergies and I got a call this morning stating my appt. was today! The Rep didn't give me the address. So, I put the location in MapQuest. It was a 45 minute drive!!! When I had arrived, they said I was at the wrong location. They asked if I had receive a text, but I didn't, nor would anyone see me. As a new patient, I feel they could have saw me! I will NEVER darken their door again!!!! Nor will I Ever recommend this place to anyone! It was a waste of my gas and time!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!
