Expert & Professional!
Mark & his team know, what to do on the basis of individual circumstances. I have turn down from couple of lender with other broker then recommended by my friend to go Mark (Total Home Loan). He arrange mortgage offer even though it was complicated.
Definitely recommend to try them.

Mark and his team are very hard workers and they get results. Yes you pay for their services but unlike commission based services where they are paid via the Mortgage leader, these guys have many tricks of the trade at their disposal. We had two rejections using the "free service" for our new home and Mark found the best value deal for what we needed and we got accepted. Happy days.

Mark and Tangy were really helpful with our mortgage. We thought at first we might not get one but with Mark's help and support we got the right mortgage for us. Tangy helped at every opportunity when we were unsure about things and kept us in the loop with what was happening. Really helpful. I had been told by 2 other mortgage advisors that I couldnt get a mortgage at this point. a friend told me to contact total home loans. i thought i was going to waste their time. Tangy and Mark were always optimistic about my case. i spent my first night in my own apartment last night and could not be happier.
