Would not recommend to do around pool surface. We have had to have redone. They never corrected the problem. Pool surface is extremely slippery. My husband has slipped and fallen. Also guests. Now we are told our warranty is up. Even all dog has slipped on it. Very poor customer service. Only to get an email warranty is up. Shameful

We do want to clarify a few important details for accuracy. Over the course of your three-year warranty period, we resurfaced your pool and then completed two additional resurfacings in an effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. In addition, based on our prior conversations about the surface conditions, we also installed a non-slip solution to improve safety around the pool area.
We understand how concerning slipping incidents can be, and we took each report seriously by responding with multiple service visits and corrective measures during the warranty period. We have executed all measures required to satisfy the conditions outlined in the warranty agreement. However, as stated in our contract, the warranty coverage has now expired after three years, and we are no longer able to provide additional work at no cost. Additionally, our contract clearly states that we are not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents on the pool surface.
We genuinely regret that you feel dissatisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about Total Garage USA. They did our HOA clubhouse floor and it looks amazing. The workers were easy to work with and respectful of the area and they totally cleaned up when they left. They came when they said they would. When they started doing the floor, they discovered an additional layer of tile under the carpet that needed to be removed. They took it in stride and just kept working without complaining.
In summary, use these guys, you’ll not regret it.
I used this company to customize my garage floor in Lakewood Ranch. They were professional and friendly. They did a excellent job and did not make a mess. They put down a tarp to protect my driveway. They arrived on time and went to work immediately. They did not damage any of the garage sensors. They worked for approximately 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. Can’t be trusted! Quick to get you to sign, but follow up sucked. Never finalized a color choice nor did I every sign an e-document. Provided a credit card number under the auspicious that it would not be charged until both a color was chosen and a contract was signed . Irrespective of doing neither an unauthorized charged if $750.00 was placed on my card. Liers and theifs that can not be trusted.
Total Garage painted our driveway and entryway. the results exceeded our expectations, the surface looks flawless, and the fresh finish has truly enhanced our home's appearance.
Contacted company to apply a new garage flooring which I had already reached another company to perform the application.
Unfortunately I didn’t use this company but made a good contact for the future and will be referring them to everyone.

We have been wanting to get our lanai done after having our pool resurfaced. I got many estimates but something was always “missing”. I sent an email requesting a quote and the next day Jim called me to set up an appointment. Jim SHOWED UP ON TIME!! He was very nice and actually from my city I grew up in!

Joe and his crew from Total Garage here in Venice did an incredible job on our garage floor. The service was exceptional and quick. They even moved all the stuff out of the garage and put it all back in which was an extra special touch. Highly recommend these guys.
I found this company to be very responsive to my needs. I had to postpone the coating on my walkway and my pool deck 4 times because of bad luck weather and a hurricane. close to 2 year before it was completed but not the companies fault. it was stupid IAN hurricane.
They allowed 2 days to complete the job. and they used both days. They drove from Venice to Ft Myers beach each day. 5 guys were prepping the pool surface for hours. They had everything they needed and really did allot of work to get surface ready for the coating. Plastic was hung over every door and window. so no dust entered my home. over the pool they laid a huge tarp and taped it to the pool inside wall. same with hot tub. I had lots of surface cracks they were all ground and filled. I hade a special slotted drain i wanted installed just perfect in the floor and they did what I asked until it pleased me. on day 2 the product was applied in 3 coats and they rolled the surfaces 6 separate times. and they sprinkled no slip aluminum sulfate on the surface. its like sand. Cleanup was very complete. they vacuumed up everything. pulled all the plastic out and left a very nice job behind. I am leaving so much detail because i wanted to convey how through of a job the crew did. when they left they put yellow caution tape around so no neighbors left tracks on my new surface. The job they did was beyond my expectation. and after such a good experience I will be using them again. My pool guy wants to use them and my 2 neighbors. I will be leaving picture of my new specked blue pool deck and outside walkway.

Our new garage floor is as beautiful as the ads. This was the easiest home upgrade we have ever had done. Salesman Jim was as good as his word. The two crews who loaded & unloaded garage contents onto the pod, and did the floor were fantastic to work with. Most professional groups of workers we have ever met. The entire experience was a pleasure and the finished product is gorgeous. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Recommend this company to the highest level. In today's world they are unusual in their high level of expertise and professionalism. Kudos to the owner, Fred! He was very helpful and did everything he promised.

Jim (the sales rep) was very patient and worked with us very closely with us.
The install crew came in to do the floor in my 4-car garage plus 13x36 lanai - total of 1,435 sq ft. It was speculated to be a two-day job. They called and brought in a 2nd crew that was in the area doing a smaller job then knocked out the entire job in one day!
The results are phenomenal! Both crews were engaging and respectful. Perfect job all around (it's obviously not their first rodeo).
We chose the "Tiger Shark" color scheme for both the garage and the lanai. Looking in the rear view mirror, I would have chosen a darker color for the garage though. If you wrench on stuff and happen to drop a screw or something metallic, it's next to impossible to see on top of "Tiger Shark". This happened to me while I was re-installing the mud sink in our garage. I dropped one of the square nuts for one of the footings and...well, it was hard to find...
The crew starts by diamond grinding all surfaces to receive the coating. First coat soaks right into the concrete. Second coat bonds to the first. This stuff is -not- going to come up!
Even though we should have selected a darker color for the garage, we're thrilled with the results. This is many orders of magnitude better than the DIY epoxy coatings. The coatings they use is manufactured by Rhino Liners - same outfit that lines truck beds. This stuff is tough and won't scratch (once fully cured).
Definitely suggest letting the epoxy set up for one full day before walking on it, and 3 to 4 days before putting anything with weight on it (toolboxes, cars, etc.). Once hardened though, this coating cannot be beat.
They added aluminum oxide (AKA: Shark Grip) to both the garage and lanai to make it a true non-slip surface (at our request).
If and when we add a pool to our new home (I will -not- be using pavers!), I'll guarantee you that Total Garage will be the selected vendor to come coat the concrete pool deck.
The team at Total Garage was very professional and were able to pull in our garage flooring project early. We couldn’t be happier with our new garage floor! Very durable and great non-slipping texture for the kids. Highly recommend!

I got a lump in my throat while thanking Ernie who had already spoken to Fred prior to arriving. Total Garage stands by their work and their customers. I have spoken to other residents in our community who chose to save a few pennies with other supposedly reputable contractors only to have endless problems and no support. CHOOSE TOTAL GARAGE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID.
