It would be remiss of me not to pass on my experience with Total Fuel Services: From the initial call to the on-site change out and delivery of my first propane fill-up , it was nothing but a wonderful experience, the Tech guy was thorough in his inspection and a pleasure to deal with regarding all my concerns, the propane delivery guy was equally as professional, I've never been so impressed with the quality of service provide me and as an added bonus, the pricing is terrific, who doesn't like that, so in closing, if you don't choose Total Fuel Services a call, you'll never know what you'd be missing!!!

My wife and I did a whole system revamp with Total Fuel service and Total Mechanical systems. We got a new heat pump and gas furnace. All the work was professional and done in a day. Chris Peterson did a great job going through our options and managing the project. It’s been about 6 months from the install and it’s working perfectly and saving us lots of money from our old oil furnace and AC condenser. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL experience with Total Fuel Service! A New AC/Heat Pump unit was installed in our home- Josh was experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and so easy to work with! There were so many problems with the 30 year old system and everything was handled properly and we were kept informed throughout the entire process! Stephanie, the coordinator was FABULOUS and answered all our questions and helped with all the scheduling and financing, alleviating that stress! I can't thank them enough for such a completely awesome all around experience! Would highly recommend this company and it's employees!!!

Excellent service excellent staff! They respond quick and they are very thorough I converted over my propane from a different company and I am so happy I did! They made it so easy and they checked all of my existing appliances for any leaks then relit my pilots and made sure everything was fine before they left. I can’t say enough, I have since referred several of my family members and friends and we all couldn’t be happier. Thank you Andre!!

Chris and TFS has come through time and time again; their responsiveness is top-notch, their knowledge is honest and one-of-a-kind, and they always swing for the fences. I have done quite a bit of research and have had quite a bit of interaction with various companies. If you need anything fuel-related, they cannot be beat from a service standpoint. If loyalty is your game, add them to your roster!

I have had a very positive experience working with Total Fuel Service (TSF). In particular, Chris Peterson, the operations manager, has repeatedly exhibited uncommon professionalism, smarts, and integrity. To top it off, TSF is very competitive with their prices. Few things can beat the satisfaction one experiences when working with a local, excellent company. (For the record, TSF installed a new 120-gallon propane tank for me in 2022 and is now delivering my propane.)

I'm a new customer of Total Fuel and am already a fan!! Workmen were knowledgeable, focused yet always ready to take my questions patiently. They corrected the sloppy pipeline from the previous 'propane dealer '. Wasn't to code. Now we are! Even better, since we joined Total Fuel through Citizens Coop: 1. We will always get the best price for our propane; 2. The tank rental fees are waived, saying us $198 this year alone! We couldn't be happier. Keep it up, Total Fuel! Thank you.

I would personally like to thank everyone at total fuel. This review was written on Dec 20th. I was in a bind and had no gas to cook with and Christmas was approaching. I wasn’t a customer yet and Chris and the guys went out of their way to fit us into their already book schedule and got us back in business asap. I truly appreciate it and will be a customer for life! Thanks again guys it means a lot!

I’m a New customer and they have been great. Swapped my tanks, safety checked everything. Showed me my options at my home to add propane to my future basement project. Techs are professional and know their stuff. Definitely switch if your in the market for a new supplier.
