Very Bad Experience Very bad service provided by torque block. purchased varta battery worth ₹12,200 in feb 2024 for my harley davidson. also asked them to reccomend a mechanic to fit the new battery. they suggested (MOTO DEN) located in new bel road, as that was near to our place. mechanic was confused to open the sheild and fit the new battery,and broke the clamp of the battery. later torque block had to alter the clamp and do some fitting and give the same piece to me. and now the battery has drained out in just 4 months inspite regular usage. and torque block does not want to take the responsibility and says there is no warrany for the same. please think and buy accessories from them. my personal suggestion there are better places to explore for all ur automotive needs.I dont think anybody in the right mind should buy products from them.

Not the best experience After giving an assurance that tyres will be delivered on time, The tyres never came on time. Had to wait for more than 2.5 hrs at a service centre(in the heart of the city)to get the tyres fixed at late evening. Couldn't get it done.This after I was told it will reach within 30 mins. All this for a loyal customer who's bought from TorqueBlock many times.

Overpriced Utterly dissatisfied with your pricing. Charged me a 200 shipping charge for a 70 rate shipping When i went to fit the tyre to my bike they said they does it at only 3000 including fitting charges Whereas torque block charged me a 3600 for jus the tyre

Inwas searching high and low for Timsun tires for my Interceptor. Got to know that Torque Block had it in stock. Messaged them and got an instant reply. The whole process was smooth and in a day, the tires were at my doorsteps 400 kms away from their office. 100 marks for their prompt response, speedy delivery and customer handling. Great place to get good tyres for your bike. Tyres available for all kind of bikes, superbikes and motocross. Sales team have good knowledge and suggest the best tyre as per your requirements and riding style. They are all auto enthusiasts & likeminded people and do not hesitate to clear all your doubts before you go for the purchase. Also biggest plus point is that they keep very fresh stock.
