They really came to the rescue when I needed to rent tents quite last minute for an outdoor party due to bad weather forecast. I have never done special event planning before and I wasn't sure if I got the right people to do the job. I was super nervous, and Harry and the team really delivered. The tents set up were exactly what I was told, high quality and very sturdy. Definitely not the typical flimsy kind. They actually made my small party look even more majestic. They were super easy to work with in terms of logistics. I'd recommend.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have found Harry and the Toronto Tent and Event team. We lost our mum unexpectedly and had to put together a very special Celebration for her, on a very short time frame. Harry pulled everything together for me, made recommendations and organized, and even managed my frayed nerves by ensuring he and his team would guarantee exactly what we asked for. Harry’s on site manager, Paul, delivered! Everything was perfect, but it wasn’t easy, he had to go above and beyond to make our awkward site work. Paul and his team mate spent so much extra time, and with patience and creativity, created a set up that was absolutely what we hoped for. This team did everything better, calmer and more efficiently than I had hoped for. Look no where else, this is the tent and rental team that will ensure your event is a success. Thank you!!

We hired Greater Toronto Tent Rentals on very short notice for a party we were hosting. Harry was our first point of contact. He was friendly, helpful and responsive to our texts and calls. The cost of rental of tents, floors, tables, chairs, linens and chaffing dishes was very reasonable. The team that set up were efficient and very friendly. They made sure the tents were properly secured and all the rented items were provided. When they arrived to take down the tents, we were unable to remove the cars that were sitting in the driveway, so they parked down the road making removal of the tents and flooring more difficult. We appreciate them for the extra effort. We would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

Totally stress-free, very professional, and great communication. We went with this company for a community event. We had some pretty unique needs and I thought it would be the most difficult part of the the event to coordinate. It was actually the easiest. Even when we had to reschedule our outdoor event due to a forecast of high winds and rain, they were understanding,, adaptable, and reasonable. I would absolutely rent from them again and would definitely recommend them to other organizations, friends, and family.

If you’re looking for a company to put up a tent in your backyard for any occasion, this is the company that you have to use. The customer service , the professionalism is unprecedented. You can always get somebody on the other end of the phone to answer the smallest questions. I highly highly recommend this company for tent rentals, chairs or tables. They put our event over the top. Pick up and delivery was also seamless. Paul was fantastic and very considerate he made sure that when they did put the tent up that none of our sprinkler systems were going to interfere with it, or puncture a line Thank you to Harry for answering all her questions and making our event a success we will definitely be a repeat customer for you going forward.
