After sharing a photo of your kitchen with the oven door in place, your response was "maybe by chance it was not them". Moreover, the video you provided clearly showed the door was intact, leading you to refuse the handyman's services. We're baffled by your continued insistence on the door being damaged and wish you had expressed your concerns more directly from the start. Regarding the photographs, capturing images before and after each job is standard practice to ensure the safety of our cleaners and the quality of their work. This practice is commonplace and supports our commitment to maintaining high standards and transparency. We're puzzled about the loose faucet and offered to fix it, as this issue has never arisen in our past services, which is supported by our other reviews. On the day of your service, it's true that one of our cleaners stayed longer to complete the mopping, as the parking for the other cleaners had run out, resulting in one cleaner leaving on her own. Concerning the quality of cleaning, we have thorough documentation from that day, which you're aware of. You hadn't raised any cleaning issues before, but we’re happy to share the photos publicly if you wish, to highlight the standard of our work.
