Great family transfer with baby!
Nelson Leong is very good. I am travelling with a 9 month old baby and the moment we exited the building he was ready to go! Had the baby car seat installed and we just needed to sit in the van and off to our hotel! Great job Nelson! Thanks for making my family vacation easy in Lisbon!

A relaxing tour
The pick-up was perfectly organised, the driver sent his telephone number immediately after landing. A hostess was waiting at the meeting point, who had also contacted us by phone shortly beforehand. She then led us to the car where the friendly driver loaded our luggage and drove us to the hotel with reasonable speed. I would use this service again at any time and can only warmly recommend it

Customs was very busy. It took a very long time to go through. Our driver communicated with us via WhatsApp and patiently waited for us. His car was immaculate. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the sights to see. We would 100% sign up with him again! Thank you!!

Our driver Jean Silva was amazing! Our flight was delayed, but he was there to meet us at arrivals. With excellent communication regarding meet up instructions. He got us safely to our destination! We had a slightly incorrect address (needed to cross a street) for our rental, but Jean did not just dump us off at the incorrect address we had entered. Instead, he stayed with us and made sure we found our rental and were able to access before departing and even helped us cross the street with our luggage! A true gentleman and professional! Excellent experience from beginning to end! Easy to book and clear communication from Jean Silva! Thank you!

CANCELAM SEM MOTIVO EM CIMA DA HORA
CUIDADO!!! Essa empresa não tem nenhum respeito pelos clientes e nem compromisso com serviços que prestam. Contratei duas vans com motoristas em abril 3 (meses de antecedência) das nossos ferias de julho. Foi exigido pagamento adiantado de 4.500 euros. No segundo dia de serviço Essa empresa mandou um e-mail a meia noite cancelando todos os serviços. Ficamos literalmente na mão. Não pediram desculpas. Bloquearam meu celular. Tive muito trabalho para receber meu dinheiro de volta sem nenhuma indenização.

Experiência incrível nosso motorista Luis foi ótimo. Fácil de coordenar o passeio, pontual e nos levou às atrações como planejado. Nós fomos capazes de fazer toda a coordenação via WhatsApp para pickups para que pudéssemos apreciar cada site em nosso próprio lazer dentro dos slots de tempo pré-arrangidos. O carro era super confortável. Os sites foram excelentes. Visitamos Fátima com muito tempo para desfrutar da missa, tirar fotos, visitar as lojas e tomar um lanche. Procuramos a Batalha para ver o castelo lá fora e visitar uma loja local. Em Nazare pudemos ver algumas vistas verdadeiramente deslumbrantes apesar da névoa que tivemos hoje e novamente tempo para navegar artesanato local e alguns lanches incríveis. Tivemos a sorte de atingir Óbidos no meio da semana festiva medieval que foi realmente incrível. As muralhas da cidade são impressionantes e há muito interessante para ver, comer e beber : ) nós realmente amamos este passeio! Recomendo fortemente
