0 stars. Lets me be clear, I had to give a star to post a commet. I ended up coming to this nail salon because mines was closed. My brother and I got a mani and pedi. One nail tech ask him which pedicure did he want, he said the 2nd one she then told him no get the other one, which was $20 more. I agreed but only because it was his first time and I wanted him to have a nice experience. I can tell they were talking shit but who cares, they all do right? It took the over an hour just on the pedicures and we had two different people. I had gel polish on my hands and feet yet she proceeded to ask me if thats what i wanted when i already picked out my color and that gel polish is extra as if i didn't already know from having it on already from a previous shop. I then went to table #7 for my manicure/fill. Right before she put the acrylic on my nails she asked me for full payment of both service for myself and my brother. I told her NO, that she did not ask any other customer to pay before the service was complete. I then knew that I was being profiled. She said she needed payment because at a certain time the merchant closes. She must have thought she was talking to someone who was stupid but I definitely did not pay until all services was complete. At this point they messed up getting a tip and im a good tipper. My service was $255 and I did not tip due to being racially profiled. She then tried to give me a gift card for the next time. I politely declined said no thank you. I will never return to this nail salon and I see and understand why they have such low ratings now. Just awful!!!
