I needed help moving seasonal decorations from my old house. The crew packed items in labeled boxes and grouped similar things together. They loaded the truck properly and arranged the boxes where I asked. The process stayed organized throughout.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I booked with them to move my toolbox from CA to AR. I specified it needed to be a lift gate truck for pickup and delivery. They agreed to that and routed me just under $2200, with half down as a deposit that would be applied to the total, and the rest would be due at delivery. Moving day comes and they sent a Uhual with a ramp. Then the guys demands 70% of the total move up front before he will take it. I tried calling the booking agents (there were 3 different ones) and all kept going to voicemail. Finally I got ahold of Carmen who flat out told me either I pay the money and let them take it on a ramp, or i forget the $1k, and then she hung up on me. Twice she hung up on me, so I called the office directly because I wanted to talk to Jim Pierce (the original person I booked wit) who then call me back stating he never said anything of the things we agreed on. Long story short, this is by far THE MOST SHADY MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! They WILL SCAM YOU!

Cancelled the move 10 days before the move date over the phone with Nina. When we asked for the deposit back 2 months later we were told that because the cancelation wasn't in writing the $ 3,000 deposit was non refundable. Their first response was you are not getting your $ back and was rude. Scam of the elderly.

Terrible would not ever use again. The representative (Michael Scott) for moving solutions did not tell the truth about how the move would go. Ended up costing double of what was quoted . To get my daughter’s move completed on time the price doubled. He told me it would take 2-3 days to get to my location . For that to happen it was another $700.00.

The movers came prepared with straps and padding. Each box was carried in order' and fragile items were stacked. They even made sure all boxes styed easy to reach and didn't get damaged along the way
