The tow truck driver was professional and efficient, and he safely towed my car to the mechanic. He even helped me contact the mechanic and explained the situation.

Stay away!!!. They quoted me $184 for a 1.2mile drive tow to a repair shop. 😂. I made some more calls and found another company that was willing to charge me $70.

The customer service was exceptional, and the representative went above and beyond to address my concerns. Their tow truck in Dallas, Tx helped me despite my car's low ground clearance. I will undoubtedly contact them again in the future.

At 8:00 a.m. today, I called to have my vehicle towed, and it was picked up in less than an hour. The price and service were both excellent. I wholeheartedly endorse this towing service in Dallas.

Im not one to write bad reviews Called @ 10:30 pm These people said they had a trailer rim by phone had us send pics so he knew what size before coming to us & charged us for the miles back & forth anyway!
They charged us $1170.00 wouldnt give us price or estimate only $80 deposit when we asked. They had to weld the rim not replace it Poorest tools & used personal vehicle They don't take cards only cash apps. They are shady af !!There are other options. PRICE GOUGE @ ITS BEST WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
