Horrible unprofessional experience. The phone representative did not want any salient information about the problem like: Age of Microwave (4 yrs), Model number, or description of issue. If they knew these things the repair person could have arrived with a few parts that have a high probability of causing this issue. But no. His 2 minute diagnostic said "it's the magnetron." Me: "How much to fix and when." Him: "It's about $150 worth of parts and about $150 in labor and we could have the parts in 3 or 4 days." In my head: Let's see $95 for this visit, $150 in parts and $150 in labor OR buy a new 2.2 microwave machine for the same price. This company is interested in sending unprepared and uninformed people to residences to collect $95 and then propose work.
I will never call this company again.
