We can’t say enough good things about Carl and his team! Professional and honest! Did not try to oversell us and was up front about pricing. They did a great job with several hard to cut down trees and cleaned up very thoroughly after they completed the job. Would highly recommend these guys!!!!

The entire Top Flight team was professional, courteous and efficient. Carl's experience and knowledge was invaluable to our project. Our house is now safe from future weather events and has amazing "curb appeal".

Never showed up to give an estimate and never called back twice.

We were delighted with the timely and efficient service we received from Top Flight. They were able to begin work sooner than we expected and were finished in one day. The workers were respectful and diligent. They cleaned up after the job was finished and honored my requests . Thank you, TF, we hope to have you back again!

This company is not located in California if in the Solon county area do not take work from some one who says they work here we have called in the company to work out the problem they were very nice

Owner is really nice and the team he has is very professional and the price is reasonable the only con about this company from my experience was lack of communication between the actual owner and the guy he sends out to do the estimates which can be a pain because when it comes to actual removal of trees it's the estimate guys word over yours and the job ended up being more money than what the estimate was because the guy said he did not include the tree in the estimate even though he should have included it because I told him I wanted it included in the estimate

I don’t typically leave reviews unless they are warranted, and in this case- a review is heavily warranted. Two days ago, I was informed of a stray kitten being stuck in a tree that could not get down. We all worked through the night until 4 am trying to help this kitten get down with no luck. We all decided to get some sleep and wait to call a tree company in the morning to see what they could do. I called every single tree cutting company in Jacksonville and Top Flight was the ONLY company to answer their phone. I spoke to Carl, and he informed me his company does not offer services to get cats out of trees due to an instance that happened previously. I think he heard the desperation in my voice as he told me he could put my Information out there and see if anyone would respond. Within minutes, I received a call from Michael. He was extremely professional, compassionate and more than willing to do whatever it took to get this cat out of the tree. Unfortunately, the tree had minimal limbs to work with and the last option we had was to cut the tree down. Not only did he cut the tree down, he rushed down to the end where the impact happened and assisted us in looking for the cat. We saw no sign of the cat which was good but kind of stressful. Fast forward to today, and the cat showed up, with no injuries!!!! I cannot thank Top Flight Tree Service enough as they went above and beyond for “just a cat” as the lovely dispatcher told me working for emergency services. I will forever recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of tree services. Thank you Top Flight ♥️♥️♥️

Had a prior issue before typing this post . But all in all Carl and his team ended up helping me and my family out in the end. When said issue was stated and brought up Carl personally contacted me via text within a moments notice and offered to fix some of the stumps in my backyard. He did in fact send two guys with a day or two to tidy up those stumps and do the cleanup for it free of charge. He is a fair man and I appreciate the hard work his team did at the end of the day. Thank you again

Carl and his team are hard workers. We had an appointment at 9:30 to get a tree removed from our backyard. His team showed up at 8:30 and started working quickly. They had the tree cut down and ground down the stump by the end of the day. Now I'm not one to complain but as I was walking around my house after they left I was surprised to see that they didn't blow off the saw dust and smaller pieces of wood from the tree that was left on our roof. Also I know that things happen and a piece of wood slipped out of the machine he was using to clean up the tree debris and fell on our mail box breaking it. Carl did tell me about the mail box which I appreciated and said he would be back the next day to fix it. We are still waiting for our mailbox to get fixed. We also have some ruts in our yard from the bobcat that was used.

An outstanding company all the way around! Carl and his team at Top Flight are exceptional at what they do. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We had two diseased trees located close to our house that needed to come down, and they did an amazing job! We especially appreciated the excellent job they did post-tree removal. All the debris was taken away and our yard looked great! You couldn't even tell they had been here . We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a tree service company. Best team, best equipment, best service at a very competitive price. And we love that the company is veteran owned!

Veteran Owned Business!!! These guys are the REAL DEAL. There is no better company in Jacksonville. I could not see my house from the street and have been driving by it when I come home from work. Take a look at the difference. I almost hope a tree falls during Hurricane Season so they can come out again!!! UNREAL!!!

Great company and customer service. I needed help immediately on some trees that were leaning towards my rental property. They helped me out while I was deployed and they were there quick to respond. Great work and great communication. Highly recommended
