When the office was small it was amazing. Once they expanded it became a nightmare. We had to stay with them because my daughter had braces and we could not stop midway. The office incorrectly billed the insurance for the braces and it was not caught in time so our insurance did not cover as much as we were informed they would. It was a 1500$ mistake on their end that we had to pay. The Office staff will ask for your insurance multiple times and bill incorrectly for dental work. This happened many times. When you call office you will get bounced around to many different people if you have any billing questions. If you have private insurance good luck. In Danbury office they seem to only understand husky insurance and will give you the run around when you ask questions regarding a private plan. Multiple times I was billed large amounts and when called my private dental insurance we were told they never even received the claims from the dental office. They are CROOKS!
Most recently my daughter was having pain in her teeth from unknown cause. I took her to get checked out. This is the first time I ever took her to the dentist for teeth pain. I dentist told me she has “fibromyalgia in her teeth” no further work up was done and then I was charged the 70$ copay. What a joke. I work in the medical field. I don’t tell everyone I meet that I have a medical background. Maybe they think I wouldn’t know any better about their bogus diagnosis? I was floored by the incompetence by the office staff and the dentist. I will say that the dental hygienists are wonderful.

My 8 year old had a difficult experience with a dentist when she was 2. And she never forgot it. 4 dentists later, due to her anxiety, I was recommended to Tooth Fairy Pediatric Dentistry. Being 8, she walked in a bit more confident, but was still nervous. The staff was absolutely amazing with her!! When she left, she couldn't stop talking about it. It was such a positive experience and she's actually looking forward to her nect visit!!
